I have been there 3 time, giving the nail technician the benefit of the doubt. I have express that the shape of the nails are not consistent. Via phone to the receptionist and to the technician. I am not sure if it's a language barrier, but the person over the phone clearly understood and said they would relay the message to the technician. Also their are 2 receptionist and one of them has no customer service skills. None apologetic nor offered to fix them. This is one of the only things that I do for myself, I don't mind paying the price, what I do mind is getting Have done job. read more

Waste of money! Paid $30 for a pedicure that came with a 45 second foot massage AFTER my toes were painted- and that only happened because I asked the girl why she didn't put lotion on my legs and give a massage. Not to mention I will probably have an in grown toenail from the lady cutting my nail back too short! Called the salon afterwards (because I went with a friend and felt it wasn't an appropriate time to complain) to tell them about my experience, and the man said "thank you." It's now 1:35. Had a 1:00 appointment. Still waiting. Someone finally came and got my daughter for pedi. I'm still waiting on a fill. Got a white tip set here 2 weeks ago. 7 out of 10 nails are lifting. Came back to see if they can do a better job on the fill. On the positive, clean quiet salon. If I could give this place NO stars I would!!! I've NEVER gotten a manicure and pedicure that didn't come with a massage. I looked on the menu of services and sure enough "massage" is listed under "natural" manicure and pedicure. When I asked why I didn't get one the owner spoke with the manicurist for a long time, then said to me "It's because of Covid-19" That is the lamest excuse ever! My girls and I opted to get pedicures a week ago. I felt like I should treat myself to a manicure and opted to try the dip nails versus the traditional acrylic. My toes were a purple pink and thought they looked good. I then asked to match my nails with the dip. First dip and second dip both came out red. I mentioned my concern to her and she said, it'll likely change at the end, then joked and said maybe it was meant for me to have Christmas colors. I also had already asked to have square nails, not curve, but that was ignored. Upon the top clear coat application, I noticed some mistakes, even a divot looking spot on a nail, the nail person brushed it off as a glitter that accidentally got in the polish. It was not so. When I left I was upset, but I was just going to move on. A mere day and a half later, I had two cracks. I called and mentioned this to the owner and she said I would need to come in and let the same lady redo my nails so she could learn from the mistakes and make it right. Yes, at first I was ok with it. Now the crack count is 7! I called and asked for my money back and she would not refund my money, but insisted I come in when I could to make it right. I have not gone to get them redone yet and I'm beyond upset. Hopefully they can redeem my expectations after this horrible job. read more

Got dip powder. Started cracking the next morning. 5 days later all are cracked falling off.

I walked in and signed in. I waited 30 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. Finally someone came over and asked me what I wanted. When I said "nexgen" she said gell?? I said no the "dipping powder" and she was confused and directed me to the back break room and told me someone would be there to help me. I was so confused and waited back there for 5 minutes when an employee finally came back there and asked me what I was waiting on. I told her someone directed me back here and said someone would be back here for nexgen. She laughed and said I think she thought you said "bathroom". What the hell!!!!!!!! I get back to the front and the lady that walked in after me was being helped. I'm honestly never coming back here again. The reviews seemed so good I'm so disappointed. read more

I'm new to Rogers and didn't know where to go. Saw Cindy's Nails and decided to try them out. Called and got a same day appointment for a fill-in for myself and manicures for my granddaughters. The salon is beautiful, and exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and was the cost was surprisingly affordable ! Compared to the nail shop that I've used for the last 15 years its like black vs white. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them an A+ !!!! read more

She barely spoke to me, never made eye contact and when I mentioned a third coat she said, "if it needed a third coat I would have done that". First of all, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this nail salon as it was the closest to my house and I had just moved to Rogers. It wasn't my first choice, but It was the only one that didn't need an appointment at that time. I wanted to get a basic acrylic set, but I had brought in my own nail polish instead of choosing one that they had. I got seated and was barely even acknowledged by the nail tech. She seemed to be too preoccupied in going home to watch a football game so she wasn't too happy to be doing my nails and was speeding everything up. When it came time to apply the polish I had brought in, she didn't know how to, so she got up and left, so I figured I was done. When I got to the front desk to pay, they told me that i owed them $80. I was shocked because I had gotten a basic acrylic set without any polish. I asked them why they charged me that and told them that refused to pay such an outrageous amount of money for an unfinished job. They immediately picked up the phone and called the police!!!!! WHO DOES THAT???? Long story short, after the police came and the situation got talked out, they applied my nail polish and I paid and left. This is absolutely the worst nail shop in the world. The worst service, the worst techs. So disrespectful and rude. Money hungry and selfish. I tell everyone I know about this place just so they won't go and receive the same experience i got!!! read more
