What upset me even more than the injury was how it was handled. My technician never stopped to clean my finger and simply continued the service. There was no apology or concern shown. Before leaving, I spoke with them expecting at least an acknowledgment of what had happened. Instead, the incident was dismissed. There was no apology, no discount, and no attempt to make things right. My family spent nearly $250 during this visit. My 7-year-old granddaughter was charged over $56 to polish her natural fingernails and toenails, which also came as a surprise. I understand accidents can happen. What I cannot accept is a business showing no concern after a customer is injured. Customer service is measured by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this salon failed in that regard. I will not be returning.

They sent me a text less than an hour before the appointment saying they were busy and I needed to reschedule. The last appointment I had , the receptionist kept coming over to hurry the stylist bc someone made a request for the stylist as a walk in. I have also waited for 20 minutes twice for appointments scheduled in advance. The scheduling is not working. The receptionist is not friendly or welcoming. I will not be back.

I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.

She should have said since your 2 nails broke do you want me to cut the others down to make these 2 straight or keep them long and these 2 will be crooked. But she didn't speak at all. At all. I asked her to do a 3rd coat since it was streaky. She needed it to dry before putting on a topcoat. At that time my pedicure was over 90 mins already and I had an appt after my services, so I suggested that we start my manicure and then put the top coat on after my manicure. She said no she couldn't do that. No discussion just no. So I skipped the top coat. Definitely just get cozy not cozier or coziest. The towel was cold in a few minutes but she was gone for the 5 mins it was on and the massage was too soft. I decided to just get a cozy manicure. My manicure turned out ok but no scrub nolotion at all. That just seems weird. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs but would have been there for 3 if I didn't downgrade. All for an uncomfortable, subpar service. Not again. Oh and it was Valentine's Day week and not one person came in or called the entire time I was there. Odd. Or maybe not so odd after my experience.

I stopped in on a whim to get my nails done on my lunch break. They were the only place close and I was admittedly nervous to go. I walked in and was greated immediately, and there was no wait, they got started right away. Tracy did my nails, she was very quiet but paid attention to every detail. I went in for a fill and my nails look sooo much better than they did before. They look practicaly real! she filed them so well that they aren't bulky like some nail places leave acrylic nails. Overall, they were fantastic. Nice clean space and good, attentive employees. I will be back and I will ask for Tracy. read more
