Natalie did an amazing job on my eyebrows, she is the sweetest person ever. She's a perfectionist and very talented with what she does. She took her time shaping my eyebrows and really good about mapping out your brows and explaining what she is doing to make them look how you want. I came in with such uneven eyebrows. I purchased their eyebrow package a few months back & I really like it. You get 12 eyebrow services at a discounted price. They spread the payments out over 3 months. I also really like that I can make appointments or change them on their app. However, I found out the hard way that you don't get as many points if you make your appointment on the app. Go ahead & make you next appointment with them while you are in there so you get 100 extra points. You can always change the appointment on your app later. In January, they were running a special on their products you can buy & I purchased their tweezers & their eyebrow pencil. BEST tweezers I have ever purchased! You can bring them back in & have their resharpened, though I haven't done that yet.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had…read more Before my appointment even began, I clearly communicated that I wanted bangs and showed a reference photo. I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.
