It was extremely painful, and I had to visit the emergency room and see the eye doctor twice. I got this infection right before Thanksgiving 2024, and as of January 8th, my eye still hasn't healed. I have to see an eye specialist at the beginning of February to check for any damage to my eye and to ensure that the infection hasn't spread to my brain. Renew Aesthetics claimed that this happens all the time, but my eye doctor said she had never seen anything as severe as my case! I was speaking with there insurance company to get this resolved but now I'm going to have to get my lawyer involvedbc I haven't heard from the insurance company after I had emailed a few times. Fourth, results. I went in for two treatments and followed up with a third one the next week. Three weeks later I'm already seeing results and where the service is going. Sadly I'm moving away and will have to find another company to finish the business. Laser hair removal is worth it. The upfront cost may be a little high, but the long-lasting results make up for it. The laser tech wouldn't let me go back in the room to discuss the treatment with my wife or me. I understand the rule once laser treatment starts that I can't be in there, but why not allow me to be there during the consultation/discussion especially when I have an appointment to get IPL as well. I could have left once treatment started, as I had my own questions. It's this one act on the laser techs part that ruined the entire experience for us both. I ended up cancelling my laser and Botox treatments. My wife stayed to get her consolation and left because she used Tretinoin (you have to wait two weeks since your last application). Also, if you get UV or spray tanned you have to wait at least two weeks (why not ask these questions when you book?). They lost a lot of business from us who normally spend thousands on upkeep. There are a lot of great places in Rogers and we will take our business elsewhere.

My stylist was Rachel Rogers, and from the very beginning, the experience felt unprofessional. Within the first few minutes she casually dropped the F bomb, which immediately set the wrong tone. I showed her a clear picture of the hairstyle I wanted and explained that because I have curly hair, I did not want it cut too short. Despite that, by the middle of the appointment I could tell far more hair had been cut off than I asked for. She ignored the style I requested and gave me something completely different. The back of my hair is now so short that it doesn't even curl anymore. When I mentioned how short it was, she brushed it off and told me, "It will grow back." Throughout the appointment, she handled my hair roughly. While blow-drying, she hit me with the dryer multiple times, and when she fluffed out my curls, she did it so aggressively that my hair actually smacked against my face. Her overall attitude made it seem like she didn't want to be there at all. At one point, when a coworker asked her whether she did perms for a waiting client, she rolled her eyes and responded with an annoyed "I guess." This haircut was a birthday gift, and my wife had to pay $80 (which is way too overpriced for a men's haircut) for what ended up being a very disappointing experience.
