The quality of her work is great, but is priced high compared to other local techs and not worth the discomfort. I would recommend her to anyone who prefers not talking to their nail tech, or anyone who is certain they don't know anyone else she services. I have cancelled all future appointments and I am disappointed, as I have been seeing her for the past year and just recently learned of this behavior.

A lady there named Stella had a totally bad attitude and bad energy about her. Was trying to tell me she needed to make the turtle tattoo I wanted down by my ankle about twice the size I wanted it. That she couldn't get the detail or color on the size I wanted. She was stand offish .. I went to Emmerson showed up roughly what I wanted and he sat down and drew it up for me.. he was spot on and turned out better than I could have ever hoped!! And he is friendly and sat and talked to my husband and I the whole time made sure I was comfortable because I have a bad back. So he made sure I was ok.. I would definitely recommend Emerson!! He even put the eyelashes on her just like I wanted!! And he was fast but precise!! Thanks Emerson , so happy!

After wearing lash extensions for a few years, I really needed a break, so I decided to try a Lash Lift and Tint. I have super fine, straight lashes and wasn't sure a lift would even work on me, but I am completely blown away by the results! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone made me feel so welcome. The studio is impeccably clean, and the staff took the time to walk me through every step of the process. The whole experience was so calming and relaxing--truly a treat. I couldn't be happier with how my lashes turned out, and I will definitely be returning to try their other services!

I got his card and I immediately sent a message to get an appointment on June the 4th. They responded on June 11th for a consultation on June 19th! This place was recommended to me by a dear friend! Do you think the response time that they had was appropriate? And then a consultation over a week away from the response? I don't think so! I don't want them touching my body. I wish them the best but with this kind of service don't expect to go in if you're just here on a weekend and get a tattoo at the last minute because that is obviously not the way they work. That was not the way I was wanting it either, but their response time was absolutely ridiculous! At the very beginning I had even sent them photos of where I wanted the tattoo and what I wanted. Wow I have been typing this review I have gotten responses back from them that were extremely rude and told me that this was getting to a legal point and to not text them anymore. Very unprofessional and not kind at all from a resident of Eureka Springs for 22 years!
