I communicated with her before the wedding to discuss what I was looking for and what I needed to bring. My lips turn most reds orangey so I wanted to be sure I had a good red lipstick. She said she'd have a shade I could use but I could bring my lipsticks as well. And she would work with the hair accessories I had purchased. Day of I showed up and her fellow makeup artist Yesi started curling my hair. She was friendly and we chatted amiably while she styled my hair. We discussed the hairstyle and hair accessories I had and settled on one. Then she did my makeup. The whole process was fun and I did like my look. It was hot and humid in Arkansas and I sweated a lot. Dabbed at my makeup and was worried it would run. But it was fine. I still looked good that night at the reception after the long day. And my hair help. I had it half up and my hair is heavy so it usually falls out of the style. But Yesi put a hair tie in it and enough Bobby pins and some hairspray so it held. I would recommend them for hair and makeup.

NWA Occasions truly saved our wedding day! When our original HMU company gave us some trouble and…read morebacked out, we found ourselves in a total panic and pinch literally 10 days before our wedding. I reached out to Lachan in a "Hail Mary" moment, and she immediately came to our rescue. From the moment I started talking to her, I was honestly thrilled that the circumstances led us to her because she was a total dream to work with from start to end. She stepped up and made us feel calm in a moment of total panic and assured us that she was going to make it work. Mayann and Kaitlyn were an absolute dream to work with and made me and my wife feel absolutely stunning on our wedding day. We had so much fun hanging out with them the morning of our wedding day and, without even doing any sort of trial ahead of time, we looked exactly how we were hoping (even better, actually). We could not recommend NWA Occasions more and we are so grateful!

The Hair Lab by Jessica G is a once in a lifetime find that I absolutely love. I made a…read moreconsultation appointment with Jessica G which gave me time to voice my hair goals and listen to her professional thoughts. Jessica G excels as a hairstylist and teacher for upcoming stylists. Jessica G is the hair professional I have been looking for my whole adult life. She is amazingly knowledgeable about hair overall. My wonderful experiences with her have included services focused on steps to improve the health of my hair, a hair cut, and being Jessica G's blank canvas for coloring my hair.. When it came to coloring my hair, I already had such confidence in Jessica G's knowledge and ability that I gave her total control. I have been a blond my entire life but Jessica G saw me as a redhead. I went in as a blond and left as a gorgeous redhead. I told Jessica G that I didn't want to know her plan for my hair color until the process was completed so I kept my eyes closed through the coloring process. When I was turned towards the mirror and saw my beautiful red hair I absolutely loved it and have loved it ever since. My family loves it too. Red is the color that woke up my skin tone. The transformation has been fantastic. I have seen how Jessica G takes upcoming or new hairstylists under her wing and is in the process of transforming them from a new stylist to a knowledgeable professional. I had the pleasure of having Jessica G and two other stylists, Rylie and Grace, working on my hair. I saw them soaking up Jessica G's knowledge which is a huge stepping stone on their path to becoming fantastic hairstylists themselves. My last thought to share is thank you Jessica G, Grace, and Rylie for loving what you do and radiating so much positivity. My time with you is so much fun!!! I look forward to my appointments with you in the future
