I got the confirmation text, and when I showed up at the salon, i waited for almost 10 minutes until someone can help me. they told me that they don't see me on schedule and later on told me my appointment got canceled. What the heck??! At least if you cancel my appointment, let your freaking customers know! I receive no msgs or call about it and apparently there is nothing they can do. If I would have know I would have look for another salon to do my lash extension. I would have get it done before my friends wedding. They just have terrible customer service and I would never go back again. Its just a total waste of my time.

I sent her a text to schedule my appointment and she gave me a call back to discuss my options and take a deposit. The day of my appointment I came in wearing makeup (none on my brows) and I brought makeup for a touch up after Niki finished. We spent about fifteen minutes discussing procedure would work best. Then Niki thoroughly mapped out the perfect shape for my face. She stopped occasionally to ask me if it was a shape I liked. She then applied numbing cream and as it was taking effect we discussed my color options. After the the numbing cream had taken effect we moved into a private room where I laid on a massage table, put on my headphones and laid back and let the magic begin. Niki switched between brows, so it never became too painful. We also took a break midway through the procedure. Before I knew it we were finished. Niki gave me an aftercare kit and explained how to care for them as they healed. I had a little redness and a slight burning sensation, like a sunburn, nothing too bad and it only lasted for a couple of hours. I will go back in a week too have them touched up. My brows have changed my life, seriously, not having to spend 20 minutes every morning trying to make sure my eyebrows match, not worrying I'll lose them during the day, and having them on days I am not wearing make up is amazing. I can't stress how I much I love them. If you are considering having yours done, go see Niki, you will be sooooo happy you did!!

Her partner Cyndi (Cyd) is a magician too. I'd have to say eyelash extensions is an art, the actual placement of each eyelash to make your eyes pop is something that takes patience and talent. They have worked hard to create a peaceful oasis for their clients to relax while having eyelash extensions put on. They have massage tables to lay on, water, candy, snacks, etc. Of course it's hard to snack while laying on a massage table having extensions out on. As someone who is both overweight and trans, it is so important to have be non-judgemental and she is great. And i always get the services I request. My only complaint is that the company itself imposes unrealistic time constraints on the Sugaristas. Especially for first time sugaring or people who are overweight, there should be exceptions to the tight time frames they have. My first appointment was with a different Sugarista who was also fantastic, but she was newer and she had to rush through the end of my service to meet the deadlines imposed by management. It still worked out pretty well, but I could tell that she was stressed and the parts she did at the end weren't as thorough because of it. Again, THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE SUGARISTAS. They are great. But these time constraints just aren't always realistic. Overall, great service, great people, but the structure of appointments and time frames needs work.

I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.

Expect to have half of your leg shlopped with an exfoliant but not actually rubbed in and zero massage. No care or intentional method of service. They couldn't change the water temperature in the cold bucket for a pedicure. She put dirty gunk onto my skin during the pedicure. Never cleaned up or filed or did any cuticle work. I mentioned several times trying to correct the service, until she started giving me dirty looks and made it even more uncomfortable. Then I tried to explain to the front desk person, who told me the manager would call to make this right and they never called and never took care to resolve the issue. Gross negligence. The facility is dirty. Highly used tools. Clipped nails all over the table. Rude and unprofessional.
