I sent her a text to schedule my appointment and she gave me a call back to discuss my options and take a deposit. The day of my appointment I came in wearing makeup (none on my brows) and I brought makeup for a touch up after Niki finished. We spent about fifteen minutes discussing procedure would work best. Then Niki thoroughly mapped out the perfect shape for my face. She stopped occasionally to ask me if it was a shape I liked. She then applied numbing cream and as it was taking effect we discussed my color options. After the the numbing cream had taken effect we moved into a private room where I laid on a massage table, put on my headphones and laid back and let the magic begin. Niki switched between brows, so it never became too painful. We also took a break midway through the procedure. Before I knew it we were finished. Niki gave me an aftercare kit and explained how to care for them as they healed. I had a little redness and a slight burning sensation, like a sunburn, nothing too bad and it only lasted for a couple of hours. I will go back in a week too have them touched up. My brows have changed my life, seriously, not having to spend 20 minutes every morning trying to make sure my eyebrows match, not worrying I'll lose them during the day, and having them on days I am not wearing make up is amazing. I can't stress how I much I love them. If you are considering having yours done, go see Niki, you will be sooooo happy you did!!

She took her time shaping my eyebrows and really good about mapping out your brows and explaining what she is doing to make them look how you want. I came in with such uneven eyebrows. I cannot recommend this salon after my experience…read more During my manicure, my technician, MIA, lost control of the e-file and cut my finger on both sides and across the front, tearing the skin and causing it to bleed. What upset me even more than the injury was how it was handled. My technician never stopped to clean my finger and simply continued the service. There was no apology or concern shown. Before leaving, I spoke with them expecting at least an acknowledgment of what had happened. Instead, the incident was dismissed. There was no apology, no discount, and no attempt to make things right. My family spent nearly $250 during this visit. My 7-year-old granddaughter was charged over $56 to polish her natural fingernails and toenails, which also came as a surprise. I understand accidents can happen. What I cannot accept is a business showing no concern after a customer is injured. Customer service is measured by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this salon failed in that regard. I will not be returning.
