I usually don't often leave reviews for places, but I immensely appreciate people and businesses that are kind towards those who come into their shop and I felt compelled to leave one for here. I came in to have a vertical labret piercing done and it went great. Jimmy was the one who did it for me and he was very kind and caring towards my mom and I. I almost fainted during the process (which wasn't Jimmy's fault at all), but he helped ensure that I was alright and helped reassure my mom I was ok as well. Got a piercings from here years ago and a tattoo more recently. I rarely leave bad reviewers but every time I have went the artists have been extremely unprofessional. I chalked it up to a weird experience the first time but after the second visit, realize this place is not great. Just know if you're a woman you will have inappropriate sexual comments made about your body. Not a good look for a place where people should feel comfortable. read more

Had a very strange experience when I called this place. Called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment for a small tattoo. The guy who answered the phone said no appointments were ever available and couldn't even till me when I could book one he only told me I could come on Friday and sit around till someone could/wanted to get to me. He then asked what I wanted to get and I explained I wanted a small tattoo on my hand about the size of a quarter to remember a loved one who recently passed. He proceeded to tell me hand tattoos are "life altering" and they might not even do it. I didn't call for a life lesson I wanted service. Needless to say I won't be going here. They may do good tattoos but there customer service sucks balls. read more

I can't believe there aren't more reviews on here! This place is absolutely wonderful. I never had a piercing before but decided I want to get my nose and nipples pierced. As you can imagine I was pretty nervous but everyone was so comforting and joked the whole time. The piercings themselves were quick, little pain, and very well explained. The piercer was very experienced and everyone made the process super fun and easy. I was so excited that immediately after I told my friend and she went to go get her nose pierced too! She had a great time and now we both love Jimmy romance. Clean, personable, and overall great experience. read more
