I can't even begin to give this business a star rating of any kind. I had called and discussed with an artist that my son was turning 16 and wanted a tattoo. Conversation was good and flowing until I asked where I could leave a deposit and I was told cash app which was fine he worked hard he earned his own money he wanted the tattoo in honor of his great grandma. Well the problem kicks in when I send the deposit and all communication stopped no one could verify receipt of payment or answer any questions when asked numerous times to confirm. It wasn't until I reached out to another artist Eric and explained that while indeed I did make my deposit nothing was confirmed. After 6 hours of non communication and 4 different times I called and they hung up in my face I reached out again to cancel the slot and receive my deposit back. The artist was so rude as far as referring to me as BRUH and I called the police to get my child's money back he worked so hard for I had let it be known numerous times within that 6 hours that I wasn't happy with the unprofessionalism of the company and artists they then became rude when the authorities were present they said they'd return the money. As soon as the authorities left I got told that if I wanted the deposit back I could see them in court then they said if I didn't show up to unscheduled unconfirmed appointment that I forfeit the deposit anyway. Now who in their right mind is going to be willing to let someone do permanent body modifications in a child when clearly they didn't have the slightest but if customer service skills and proceeded to send laughing gestures to all my messages stating that it was unfair that a slot I backed out of in less than half a business day had a deposit they weren't willing to return from the ownership to the lies they told the authorities to the laughing at the situation in unprofessional and disrespectful I have not seen hide no hair of my deposit. My child felt so broken that this was their first experience I would never recommend this company or Fernando Gutierrez to anyone for any reason.. they are disrespectful fail to communicate and then try and force you to keep appointments with them even tho they had been so nasty towards the situation that I spent the evening trying to calm my son down because of these people he now has all that money he worked and saved stolen from him and not one individual in that business was ever concerned or apologized for anything. read more
