Was super nervous before my appointment due to it being about 5 years since my last tattoo and once I entered I was not as nervous. The atmosphere on the inside does NOT reflect the outside. It's beautiful and you can definitely tell it's women owned. My artist was Alma and she did an incredible job with this tattoo. She placed and replaced the stencil many times until we got it just right. She was quick, but not rushed and made sure I was walking away with something we were both happy with. I was told after healing I could come back for free touch-ups if needed and I think that is an amazing business model that I've never had before. Will definitely be back for more! read more

I'm all about a vibe especially whenever you walk into a tattoo shop. LET ME TELL YOU!!! This place is bright, exceptionally clean and the staff is welcoming. The female vibe is killer and I loved it. Gracie is my go to girl and has tattooed my ears, fingers, hands and now we're working on a leg sleeve. The knee cap is spicy and Gracie was so chill with me. Michaela, Chris and the other artists and piercer are a pure joy to talk to. They interact and care about the customers. I drive 3 hours to the shop and it is WORTH IT. Love this place! read more

I set an appointment through Messenger, sent a picture of what I wanted. Discussed the price and that I would be seeing Kiki. Something happened and I needed to reschedule. When I finally reached someone I was told my appointment had never been booked. Ok, that's unprofessional enough but mistakes happen. I set a new appointment and moved on. My appointment should be right now but instead I'm in my car writing this. Why? Well, when I came in I had "been booked as a piercing" she (Kiki) now had a client she had been talking with for an hour about a piece and could I please come back another time. I told her no thanks and left. Unprofessional is an understatement and a kind one at that. read more

came in for a simple earring change and waited over an hour from the time a guy came and talked to us and said the piercer was with someone. never saw anyone walk out from the piercing room. piercing girl had walked past us and never talked to us, had to ask someone again about an update and they walked around and never got back to us. over an hour later, the guy told the piercer we were there and she was like oh! she gave me the piercing, but didn't offer to change it (the only reason i came) but i was over it and the only person that was like y'all have a good day was someone who didn't even work there. looks like they need better communication between customers and workers. read more

Not really the best service. I went in to discuss a piece I had inquired about through messenger. They were very friendly online and got back to me pretty quickly, the issue was when I actually went into the studio. There were 3 workers and to be fair they did have 1 client but I was there for the better part of 20 minutes and was not acknowledged once. All I wanted to do was pay a deposit to book an appointment and the 2 workers who didn't have anything to do just went to the back of the store and didn't touch base with me at all. I ended up leaving and going to a different studio and got helped within the next hour I was just excited to use Stigma because I wanted to support a woman owned business. Oh well. read more
