My brows look so natural but still full and defined--literally the perfect balance. I just went in today for my 6-week touch-up and I'm beyond satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the experience was everything. She made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time--numbing my brows beforehand and really taking her time mapping everything out so I could approve the shape before she even started. That alone told me I was in the right hands. And can we talk about her space?? Absolutely GORGEOUS. The whole vibe is luxe, girly, and just feels good to be in. On top of that, everything was super clean and sanitary--I literally watched her stay on top of her tools and workspace the whole time, which made me feel even more at ease. But what really sets her apart is HER. She's so warm, sweet, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants you to have the best experience and results possible. If you've been thinking about permanent makeup, this is your sign. RUN, don't walk. I 1000% recommend her

Jenny made several appointment inquiries on multiple platforms around 3am. Most of which were not coherent sentences. When my boss was able to speak with her, she let her know that the type of appointments she was trying to book did not in fact go together that the add-ons she was trying to get were for different types of appointments. Instead of listening and allowing my boss time to quote her a proper appointment she booked online what she wanted my boss immediately cancelled the appointment, initiated a refund through square, and informed her she would not be able to preform the appointment. Jenny then proceeded to immediately dispute the square the charge which made it to where the refund was then rejected and paused. She would've had her money immediately had she allowed us to follow process. After she was informed that we would not be booking her appointment she then proceeded to message on several different platforms attempting to rebook saying she didn't not want her refund. Which was now in a claims dispute. She then proceeded show up to the office unannounced demanding an appointment when my boss wasn't in office. I stayed in the office and didn't unlock the door and called my boss she proceeded to add Jenny to the call and ask her why she had showed up unannounced aggressively? Jenny was yelling at her and my boss told her she would not tolerate the behavior and to take it up with the cops and her lawyer as the behavior was unacceptable. This woman did get her money back and while she may not have liked how things went, she should at least be honest about the experience as it was traumatic to hear someone screaming and banging around our quiet peaceful building.
