I was sat with a man, and he immediately clipped off all my nails, he asked what I was getting and i repeated that i wanted gel extensions. He then gave me acrylics and was very rough in the process of filing the sides of my nails, I didn't want to say anything as i didn't want to be rude, he then put on a color that was way lighter than i had asked for. He filed down the sides of my nails multiple times to the point it burned and felt like all my fingers had hang nails. My nails are crooked, and i didn't want to be rude, but I have never disliked a set this much, I got to my car and the longer i looked at them, the more issues i found. They are crooked, painful, and already feel loose. I drove home regretting the entire experience, and wishing my nails looked the way they had before I walked in. Cannot recommend, hoping they are as loose as they feel and that they fall off relatively quickly.

I brought a photo reference of what I wanted, a simple design with two colors and stickers. There was some miscommunication due to a language barrier, and I felt like I was asking too much, even though another customer beside me reassured me that my request was reasonable. The manicurist struggled with the design, and I ultimately accepted nails I wasn't happy with because I felt bad for him. I still tipped $10 because I could see he was trying and was disappointed in the result himself. I paid $45 for the service. Later that day, within an hour of leaving the salon, I noticed the nails with stickers were already peeling at the edges or the topcoat wasn't applied properly. Since I am leaving town tomorrow and starting a new job soon, I returned to the salon hoping they could fix the issue or offer a partial refund. The front desk worker told me they would have to charge me $5 more because I was "incorrectly charged" the first time. I disagreed, since I had already spent so long in the salon and left with unsatisfactory nails. They insisted that my nails had been done as a more expensive "cateye" design, which I never requested and which was not in my reference photo. When I asked for a refund, the owner said they would only do so if the nails were removed, which I didn't have time for. I was told to come back tomorrow, but since I'll be out of town, they said it would fall outside their 7-day policy. I left feeling very upset, especially since I had already tried to be polite and patient throughout the process. For a first-time customer, this was a very discouraging experience. The quality of the nails did not last even a day, and the customer service left me feeling blamed rather than supported. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.

I didn't know what to keep on for the spray the employees were both professional and friendly. The professional in the spray room exhibited an impressive amount of patience with me, and I think I asked every question under the sun. Maybe that's why I'm tan‍ I kid, I kid. In reality, it was actually her skill. She had so many helpful tips, as a first timer I really needed that. She educated me on the process in a calm, positive, and caring way and as a result my mind allowed my body to relax and be in the moment for my brief appointment. It was so refreshing to meet kind women who respect women. They both seemed to give off "a girls girl" energy. I was so embarrassed and insecure of the way my body looks and I thought I was gonna cry when I started undressing in the tent, and remembered she'd see how I looked and I couldn't hide it. She made me feel so comfortable in such an untraditional day to day experience. No comments were made about my body, no compliments either- which I like because I don't want to be reminded that you're judging me one way or another because I don't want to hyper focus on my insecurities. Girls I went on vacation with were shocked to notice how dark I was upon showing them my tan line. They were not only surprised because they didn't think I got artificial tanner, but they were shocked when they saw my foundation was 5 shades lighter prior to the spray. My tan was so even and natural looking I felt like I was actually tan. I was unsure how my spray tan would turn out because only three hours earlier I made the appointment so I didn't have time to exfoliate, shave, or moisturize. (That's like chasing alcohol with antibiotics, it's just risky and increases room for human error on the customers side) she kindly and patiently explained everything and took the time to make sure I had a firm understanding. I have severe social anxiety and to trust someone to do a service for the first time is nerve wracking. However, the environment was so clean, calming, and peaceful. I believe because of these reasons, I didn't feel anxious. In addition. The sheer vibe of the place- a content vibe I cannot find unless I'm traveling on vacation was a contributor to my successful visit with this place. I am so excited to have my next occasion so that I have a reason to splurge on a new service!
