However, when she was on maternity leave one of her peers did my hair and she did a great job. And Shannon, the owner of the salon always performs amazing transformations on the people I see in her chair. They do take walk-ins if there is an opening, but I would suggest at least a call ahead appointment. Each stylist manages her own schedule and pricing, so it may vary. There is also a true barber shop inside too. Overall the staff is capable, the salon is clean and well maintained, and the end result is always positive. The location is on Bentonville Square, so parking can sometimes be a challenge, but if you plan ahead for time then no worries.

Amie manages multiple clients at once, meaning I was in the chair for 8 hours while my hair was over-processed. My hair literally came out in clumps for months afterward and became drastically thinner. A year later, I am still dealing with the fallout; most of my hair is now only an inch and a half long. Please be cautious if you value the health of your hair.

As much as I would love to keep Christy my secret, I really can't recommend her enough. When I…read morefirst started seeing her 2 months ago, my natural nails really needed some TLC. The cuticles were a mess, and my nails were dry, brittle, thin, and prone to breakage. I told her about my nail woes and my goals, and she was able to recommend the best manicure method to help me achieve them. Christy has helped me completely transform them in just two months. Just see the pictures of my progress! She's incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly cares about the health of your natural nails--not just making them look beautiful for the moment. My nails are now longer, stronger, and healthier than they've been in years, and they always look amazing when I leave her chair. I'm so grateful I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech who genuinely cares about her work and her clients' nails. Just maybe don't all book at once. I still need my appointments!

I got the confirmation text, and when I showed up at the salon, i waited for almost 10 minutes until someone can help me. they told me that they don't see me on schedule and later on told me my appointment got canceled. What the heck??! At least if you cancel my appointment, let your freaking customers know! I receive no msgs or call about it and apparently there is nothing they can do. If I would have know I would have look for another salon to do my lash extension. I would have get it done before my friends wedding. They just have terrible customer service and I would never go back again. Its just a total waste of my time.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had…read more Before my appointment even began, I clearly communicated that I wanted bangs and showed a reference photo. I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.
