Mickey cut my son's hair and did an amazing job. However, the next day, I immediately noticed a dry scaly patch against his hairline by his ear. Needless to say, within a few days it turned into ringworm. He was not in contact with anything or anyone else that day or before except for at the salon. I am now treating it and hoping it goes away soon. I called the salon and Mickey happened to pick up the phone. She was professional, kind and very understanding. She told me she was the assistant but went beyond to tell me she was going to have the manager reach out to me. I have yet to hear from from the manager. A fungal infection is a serious condition, very contagious and I hope she is taking this seriously. Mickey, you are fantastic and thank you for your exceptional customer service and understanding. Unfortunately, we most likely will not be going back.
