This place will be my new favorite relaxing spot. The Entire staff is amazing, attentive and professional. I had a Spa Day. I began with the compression therapy. I believe I was a bit dehydrated. In which, I became a little light headed. That was my doing‍Hence, I was drinking coffee at the same time. The Staff checked on me several times. I proceeded to the cool room and I'm not speaking of the Cryo, yet. I was greeted by Morgan, who provided my IV Therapy. Please, ALLOW me to say Morgan Rocks!!! I see why she's the Lead Nurse. They all may be Lead Nurses I'm not sure because everyone was AWESOME. This is my first visit and I was truly educated and informed about all services offered. I shared my needs that I wanted to focus on. The recommendation was spot on. I felt a tremendous difference right after the IV Therapy. Ok, so we moved on to the Cryo machine. I HATE being cold and Morgan does too. Well, I got in anyway! Honey Child!!! Honey Child!!!! What an experience. Your provided a robe, socks, slippers and gloves. They walked you through the steps and reminded you, at any point you can get it out before the 3 minutes is over. Well, I withstood for 1:49 seconds and that was TOTALLY enough for me Then onto the red light therapy. If your not sure what that is or the benefits of it, you may want to research that for yourself. They made a mistake that cost us hundreds. We received no compensation thereby held responsible for their expensive and frankly careless mistake. We are understanding people but it's not Restores first big mistake. It didn't only cost hundreds, but we had to also spend hours of time getting their mistake straightened out while also paying for it. I'm posting this as a warning. Id have definitely appreciated a warning beforehand. Steer clear or be very diligent in making sure they are minding their p's and q's. I love this place and the staff. I have a disorder that causes inflammation and bad flare ups of joint and muscle pain. I first came for the IV Drips. I live in Rogers but was driving to Fayetteville for this type service prior to Restore coming to our community. I have to say, I LOVE DRIPS. I have low absorption and getting hydrated from the inside out is so relieving. Plus, the various drips give me the option of choosing the best supplements for my chronic pain. Last week I tried the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber. It was a different experience. Let me start with, if you are claustrophobic, you probably won't want this. You lay in what looks like a cocoon and they zip you up in it to cause a vacuum. Then they turn on the oxygen and decompress the chamber. Then I did the red light therapy. Horrible customer service, don't waste your time. I scheduled an appointment a month ago for 5:15 pm and received a confirmation email. Arrived the day of my appointment at 5:09 pm and told , "it was weird I received a confirmation as they don't do appointments for hydro facials past 5 pm". Even though the aesthetician was sitting there without a client and it was 9 minutes past 5 pm. For the amount the facial costs they should not turn down a customer due to a fault of their own, especially when the aesthetician didn't have a client. read more

When I first heard about this place opening I was so excited! For a health junkie like myself, what Restore offers all in one is awesome! The services they offer is compression, cryotherapy, Hyperbaric chamber, infrared sauna, IV drips, stretch sessions, cryotherapy for skin, and more. You can just drop in for their regular rates or you can become a member. There are different levels of membership and with each one you get something different + a member discount on any extra services. I'm a huge fan of infrared sauna, there are so many health benefits! The other service I have done is the IV drip and I highly recommend it too. The nurse is very skilled and before you get it they have you do a quick video conference with a Nurse practioner. I definitely want to get a membership one day. All of the staff I have met have been really friendly and helpful. read more

Just a COOL experience. The two girls today I wish I would have caught their names they were so helpful and helped calm nerves of one gifted a whole body cryotherapy experience. I've never done it before but I'm so glad that I did. It was a neat experience and if we weren't moving I would join! The facility is very clean and you walk in you're immediately welcomed. It took maybe 10 min to do paperwork, undress, cryo, re-dress and get out the door. I opted to bring my husband, brother in law and father in law to try it out. I have been suffering with severe back pain for close to a month now and a friend insisted that I give cryotherapy a try before I agreed to epidural steroid injections. She had seen wonderful results with her back pain at Restore using both whole body and targeted cryotherapy. I went in a little skeptical, but at this point I was willing to try anything. I did whole body & targeted cryotherapy and felt relief of many of my symptoms immediately. I also did a 15 minute stretch, which was amazing. This place is GENIUS! I've always been a runner & loved working out and taking care of my body. A lot of times we neglect ourselves and leave out the self-care aspect of life that is SO important. Restore makes self-care and recovery FUN and easy. First impression when you walk in - the place is CLEAN, smells good, and I was greeted with a friendly staff member. My favorite services that they offer are the Infared Sauna, the Whole Body Cryo and the wellness IV drip therapy. **Sitting in the sauna & sweating out all of those toxins while watching a show = awesome. It's not like the steamy-mirrored saunas in the gym, it's a dry heat. **Whole Body Cryo - you get the benefits of an ice bath, but you don't have to get wet AND it only lasts 2.5 - 3 minutes! The endorphin release I get after WBC is unreal. **IV Drips - scared of IV's? No need to be scared at Restore. Those nurses know what they are doing and I love how I feel the next morning (sometimes even that night) after getting my IV.
