I believe I was a bit dehydrated. In which, I became a little light headed. That was my doing‍Hence, I was drinking coffee at the same time. The Staff checked on me several times. I proceeded to the cool room and I'm not speaking of the Cryo, yet. I was greeted by Morgan, who provided my IV Therapy. Please, ALLOW me to say Morgan Rocks!!! I see why she's the Lead Nurse. They all may be Lead Nurses I'm not sure because everyone was AWESOME. This is my first visit and I was truly educated and informed about all services offered. I shared my needs that I wanted to focus on. The recommendation was spot on. I felt a tremendous difference right after the IV Therapy. Ok, so we moved on to the Cryo machine. I HATE being cold and Morgan does too. Well, I got in anyway! Honey Child!!! Honey Child!!!! What an experience. Your provided a robe, socks, slippers and gloves. They walked you through the steps and reminded you, at any point you can get it out before the 3 minutes is over. I was told I should see significant reductions in spider veins. What a big disappointment! Not only did literally none of the spider veins go away, but now I have significant needle point marks on each vein. Wow! what a freaking waste of my money and time. All that pain for nothing. I made a new patient appointment back at the end of December 2025. I could not get an appointment…read moreuntil Feb 2026. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early like most places back in December. I did not know that this was a requirement. I put their address in my GPS and for some reason it took me somewhere else. So I was going to be late. Had to ask for directions and make my way over to the right building. I walked in to check in and was told I was put down as a NO SHOW. My scheduled time was 3:30 and granted I was maybe 3 minutes late. I had filled out all paperwork online and did not remember at the time that back in December they told me to arrive 30 minutes early. Their reminder text I got yesterday said "see you at 3:30." Nothing about arriving 30 minutes early or they would 100% cancel my appointment and reschedule it. The office person said she would go ask if they would still see me and came back minutes later and said no. If this is how they treat their patients, I don't think I want to ever go there. Not very flexible or understanding. The office seemed nice and the people did seem nice. I just feel like better communication was needed in their text reminders for new patients. Now I will have to find another place and who knows how long their wait will be. So disappointed.

She told other guests if they weren't getting the packages they were making a poor investment. She was continually berating the other workers as well.
