Okay spot--you can make reservations online, which is convenient. Their staffing is usually tight, so arrive at exactly your appointment time. A pedicure took over an hour, which I didn't expect. The pedicure was good, but I would probably try a different place that was faster or cheaper.

worst customer service given here I asked for a refund and THEY CALLED THE POLICE because they didn't finish my work tried to lie said it was 35 and up charge me 70$! i told them no and I would like my monet back refused and told me to not come back absolutely DISGUSTING how they treated me and my little girl DONT COME HERE

Absolutely awful. Don't waste your money.

This place is awful. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and get new ones. The lady who started my nails had a customer come in who apparently had an appointment so she had me go sit somewhere else with the ammonia on my fingers. the ammonia was on my fingers so long they blistered. Then I paid $45 for super chunky, fake looking nails. I told them several times they were too thick and they said they were fine. Plus several hours later, my fingers are still blistered

Had a great pedicure at this nail spa! I came with my sister-in-law and her mother around 11am on a Saturday with no reservation. The three ladies there were able to put us in the pedicure chairs right away and take care of us all at the same time, although they said they get busy on Saturday afternoons - so keep that in mind! Lots of beautiful colors to pick from, and they also have dip powder and a ton of other options. I just picked a dark purple-brown by Opi. They had us out the door within the hour with beautiful pedicures. Even my toes (which I do not treat well) looked awesome after! The basic pedicure is only $20 (not including tip) and they clean your cuticles, smooth the surface, rub your feet down, put on a base coat and however many coats of paint are needed, and a top coat. If you don't have open toed shoes they provide simple foam slip ons. The more expensive pedicures include more of a spa treatment - massages, etc. Very happy with the quick, professional, thorough treatment I received here!

I am an out-of-towner that took my sisters and niece here as a treat. Prior to arrival I asked…read moreabout the 10% coupon that was being offered (photo shown below). I was told to present it when the services were complete, though I think I asked about it when they checked in as well. In any case, I was a few doors down at The Gents Place getting my own services done and Bliss was closing so one of my sisters came by and got my card and paid. Later on I realized that the discount had not been honored, but they seemed happy with their nails, and it was after hours anyway. The following week, my sister's gel nails, which had been sold to her as "good for 3 weeks" ended up coming off a week later (photo shown below). I was slightly irritated at this point, but was still traveling (this time with my brothers-in-law). After that trip I called and explained the situation to someone named Michelle who said that she would pass my thoughts up the ladder. I was seeking an adjustment of the original gel cost, then on that new price, the original 10% discount. Michelle's tone when taking the message very much conveyed "yeah right" but I left it with her. A week later, no response, I called back and got someone else who told me that someone would call. A couple days later someone did and I explained the situation to him, telling him that a discounted "re-do" of my sister's nails wouldn't help, as she lives in Topeka, not Bentonville. He said he would pass it up to management for me to get a call back. That never happened. So, I'm officially giving up and letting you all know. You can see on the receipt yourself that on a spend of $229.08 I was asking for an adjustment of around $40.00. I had to call 3 times just to be effectively ignored. I wasn't asking for much, just a reduction of the inferior nail treatment (not as delivered) and the 10% discount (not a lot, though I felt strongly that it should be honored given the poor quality of the treatment). As a fellow business owner I find this request not unreasonable and I think I have patiently tried to resolve this through ordinary means.

Before coming in, I checked the website, which listed a regular fill as $20. I asked for a basic fill and got the same type of service I've always had. Nothing was explained to me as being different or upgraded. When I went to check out, I was charged $40. When I questioned the price, I was told it was because of "powder," which was never discussed during the service and is what I've always had on my nails. Later, when I called for clarification, I was told the price difference was actually because the online prices haven't been updated -- which directly contradicts what I was told in the salon. During the service, I also had to ask the technician multiple times to file underneath my nails. My natural nails are yellow, broken, and in poor condition, and I specifically asked for them to be cleaned properly. The technician became visibly annoyed, sighed, rushed the service, and still did not do it correctly. I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with both the service and the lack of transparency. I've attached photos so others can see the condition my nails were left in. Between the unprofessional attitude, inconsistent pricing, and poor communication, I won't be returning.

I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.
