Previously had great service & a great team, but over SEVERAL management changes it continues to go downhill. The last time I was there for gel polish removal only & he completely ruined my nails - I have grooves in my nails from the electric file & it was burning as he filed them. I was left sitting there with acetone on my nails until 6:00 and when my cuticles started burning I took off the foils myself and told them I was leaving! -1 service they charge me 100 bucks for a service I did not ask for they automatically started the service charge me and my daughter 50 dollars per pedicure and they refused to paint my daughter nails and they were her back to school nails because they were "short" and I went somewhere else to get her hands done instead I received a service for pedicure and they did not complete the work and the nails looked terrible I ended up getting them done somewhere else and do NOT recommend this place 100 dollars for a pedicure and they just filed my nails and It hurt through the whole process read more

I've been loving this place since I moved here last fall. However, I visited tonight and asked for my nails to be shorter and the same shape (almond) and they just couldn't get the shape right. To the point that my nails ended up round and down to the quick. I eventually asked them to stop and let me leave without getting them redone. This place came recommended but I don't know why. I have been coming here for a few times and the service is normally ok until the last time the nails tech cut my toes and my feet. They were very apologetic. My feet were bleeding but they didn't know that what's happening. Just talking. Catfishing. She grabs the plier cutters and goes nuts on my toes and literally cut my skin off to the point the pain had me jolt. A blind person with a cheese grater would have done less damage, and I would have required less band aides the day after.My adolescent children and nephews could do a better job than the licensed technicians. Some technicians sound more like torturers in other accounts. Bloody pedicures!!! Sunny nails salon nightmares revealed in scathing online reviews. Searching nail salons from varying sides of the city, discovered some things the nails boss never told you. The attached point out that the unlicensed practitioners attempted to perform on customers plus health and safety violations during the process. The problems have been happening several times and they ignored them. This shop needs to be shutdown before it's gonna happen again. read more

everyone was so nice, I had a great color for my nails, it was the girl I had, she seemed young. While she was doing my nails, I asked for a shorter length than what she given me and they were still the same long length. During the process of my nails, she cuts me TWICE in my cuticles with the nail cutter and machine she was using to smooth down my nails. Not only that she didn't even have my shape that i wanted correctly. I asked for almond, and I got uneven shapes. Going to through all that, she was rushing through the whole process. Great experience today with my first time visiting Sunny Nails! On a busy day they got me in for an appointment and we're very friendly on the phone. The experience was equally as pleasing once I arrived. Tons of color options and the place was very nice and clean. I was helped by 3 employees for my mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. It had been two weeks since my last manicure and I was in town for my sons swim meet. Ran in for a quick manicure on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in when my nails just a little long and asked for just a little to be taken off, I like a bit of white left. I should have stopped before she finished the first hand but did not want to be rude. The pic shows what my nails looked like after she was done cutting and filing. I walked out after I saw the finished results. She took chunks of my nail out on the left side of my ring and middle finger. What a total mess. read more

I'm not sure of the name of the person who did my nails but it was one of the guys. He did such a terrible job on my full set acrylic. I paid $50 for uneven, bumpy nails. He didn't trim my natural nails or even ask which most places I've been ask, he put the acrylic too far from my cuticle it looks already grown out. One of the nails he did also has a hair or a bristle from the polish applicator embedded in the polish! However, the place was clean and the lady who greeted me was nice. Everyone else's nail tech was super sweet and talked to them or held conversations with thewhile mine said maybe three things to me the entire time and would sigh and huff throughout my time there. I will not be coming back. Very upset I wasted my time and money there. read more

Since moving a little over a year ago I've been searching for my nail salon. This is the first place I tried. Everyone was attentive and the service was quick even with all technicians busy they manage to let me know they're aware I'm there. I'm surprised to read the comments about bad service. They greet everyone that arrives ask what they need tell them to have a seat, choose a color And if they can they'll accommodate you in a spot. I've been to several different salons all over NWA and they are the only salon who actually do a proper manicure and pedicure. They remove all dead skin from your hands and feet which is honestly why I get a pedicure and manicure. My hands and feet feel light and truly refreshed. I've had the services done with different technicians and they've all worked great. My husband always compliments my hands and feet when I go there. So kudos to them! If they're perfect why did I go elsewhere searching? Well they have a limited color pallet for gel manicures. Don't get me wrong they still have like 3 rings of options but they're outdated. However, the color options for quality has proven to not be worth it when I've tried other salons and have been highly disappointed. So I always come back to home. I thought maybe she didn't speak English but then thought at least she should look up and smile when I was talking to her. The place was deserted. Loving the new mgmt staff!! Freshly remodeled and looks great and comfortable. This working mom appreciated their offer to do my hands and feet at Same time so I can accomplish both during a lunch hour. My gel polish chipped within 2 days. Owner said my nails were week and broke. Shouldn't the nail tech noticed that? She just filed them down and told me to come in and get a nail dip next week. I think not. I pay extra so my nail color will last. You can also see the brush strokes in the polish I could have done thaty on my own. The pedicure was good. read more

When I went to get my manicure I have to say the staff was very nice. Unfortunately when I left, within 2 hours my nail was swollen and pus was oozing out from underneath my nail. I went to emergency and they told me that I got a staph infection from unsanitary conditions and needed to be put on antibiotics. I have been on them for 3 days now and my nail looks a little better but I have a screaming sore throat and haven't been able to eat for 2 days. Apparently theses type of infections can spread into your body very quickly. I have a call into the Doctor now and I am assuming they will give me another antibiotic. I usually do not write things like this but I am floored at how quickly this infection took off. My suggestion is that if you are going to get your nails done, no matter where, you should take your own files, clippers etc. read more
