All the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. The facilities are brand-spanking new. Everything is squeaky clean. And I enjoy the team-oriented approach to their classes. We pair up sometimes and it helps build a sense of community within the gym. I also really appreciate that they change up the muscle group schedules so if you're only able to go Tuesdays, you're not just working out your lower body. They change the muscle groups every few weeks to keep the training fresh. And best of all, if you do the work, you see the results. I was expecting to be frowned upon by others at the gym like we most often are when a group of people show up together all in wheelchairs. However, that wasn't the case here. I was greeted by Brian and Dino and instantly felt comfortable. They assured me that they would work with me at my own pace and I could break at any time I needed to. I was immediately wrapped and ready to start my warm up. Following stretching Dino surprised me with my very own set of gloves and we jumped right into the punching bags. Music was amazing with a live DJ and vibes were on point. I honestly didn't even mind that there was no air conditioning. Lol. I had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!!!

After looking into Crunch and Equinox, I came across Miami Beach Police Athletic League (PAL) Gym. The PAL Gym is conveniently located at the south end of Flamingo park, with parking close by. The gym is divided with free weights and machines in one room and the cardio room, complete with treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes across the hall. While this is a no frills gym, there is still all the essential equipment that you will need to keep that south beach body. One of the best perks about this gym is there are no long term contracts or commitments! It's initially $180 for your first 3 months, and then $150 every 3 months after that. This comes out to $50 a month, which makes this gym one of the most economical options in the area!

I paid 3 months in advance and got a discount since they had a promo going on. So I ended up paying 80$ a month. So all in all, if you need a gym to work out in and don't wanna deal with a bunch of people this one is a pretty good option. And I mean don't forget that you can watch the trainers and do the work outs as well.
