So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. After a double mastectomy and COVID I struggle with weight gain, motivation and frustration. Now I am focusing on getting my strength back. The rest will come. Not the most modern of equipment but it will do the trick. I don't like the hours too much. As of this writing expect a close down at 10pm and Saturdays until 4pm, even shorter for Sunday. Right now $30.00 a month gets you a no-nonsense monthly membership with no contracts or scams. Parking can be a challenge here as they share the space with a Sedanos supermarket.

I wanted to try doing things on my own and with more liberty that just doing a guided class. The gym has a good amount of machines and a lot of weights. I have been using the grass area to do my workouts. I go in the afternoon to avoid the peak hours. The bathroom are clean and the staff is kind.
