The gym itself is mediocre, but I had no idea they would rip you off when you decide to go elsewhere. You should not be charged an annual fee if you are leaving almost 4 weeks before your annual fee is due. Disgusting. I strongly recommend you find another gym. I know Planet Fitness has issues, EOS is packed, LA Fitness is packed, but You Fit is simply not a good option. Ever since this location re-opened after COVID it's been changing whether the aesthetics or the staff. The new revamp with the fresh coat of paint and new equipment really puts it over the top. I live right down the street so I'm glad to have this location so close and convenient to me. PS: With all this new equipment you are getting please, PLEASE get a SHRUG MACHINE! Ever since they consolidated gym locations with the Miller location, hours of accommodation due to increase of traffic has been below par and cleanliness of the gym has really hit rock bottom. It used to be a clean environment as well as friendly staff, now they have teenagers who just speak with their friends upfront and don't assist and keep the location to what use to be to which where high standards. The facility is only ok. There is not much room to walk or stretch. The staff is extremely rude and usually have no idea what they are doing and are very unprofessional. It's like walking into a high school hang out. The maintenance crew cleans the cardio machines while you are using them ... it's annoying, distracting and uncomfortable. They should clean the machines when the gym is closed at night. The positive side is there are a lot of cardio machines and each machine has it's own tv screen. There is a locker room you may use to change and store your things. It seems small but if you know what you are there for its great. It's a basic gym but great because the machines are new and well maintained. You're on your own there so figure it out. During cardio I plug in my ear buds and watch TV so the time can go by faster. If you sweat a lot using the machines have the decency to wipe them down. There's plenty of sanitary stations. Some of the you fits offer classes but those from what initiated are the bigger facilities that were the old porky gyms. Here they have some express class that I haven't tried yet. I usually work out weekday mornings (M-F) between 6am and 8am. If you are looking for a gym with early hours, new machines to use & a clean place to shower after- this gym will be great for you. However, there are a couple of things that annoy me about this gym. For starters, the express circuit seems to be the training circuit. What I mean is: -the morning trainers pretty much take over a select few of the machines during training sessions -they leave kettle bells, medicine balls, & weights on the ground (sometimes they're left in the middle of the express circuit walkway), - they leave their clipboards on machines. Doing a morning express circuit revolves around using the machines that the trainer doesn't have tied up. It's frustrating. Needless to say, I have given up trying to use the express circuit in the morning. (It's a shame because the express circuit was the very reason that I joined this gym in the first place. ) Also, some of the gym patrons in the morning are messy & since they don't rerack weights or mats- so everyone else who uses the stretching & weights area by the treadmills after them has to deal with it. Luckily, some of the staff goes above and beyond to rerack weights & mats over there so that customers can have a clean area to use. Otherwise, the morning staff is also pretty courteous, friendly & attentive. The facility is usually clean, both showers in the ladies are always clean & always have soap, the machines are in working order most of the time- they're very good about getting broken machines working again as well. If there where an option for a lower/negative rating, I would most certainly have had used it. I am extremely infuriated, disappointed, and disgusted with the service at this gymnasium, especially the so-called "manager." I arrived with my father and my younger female sibling where as usual they check for membership we are greeted by the "manager" (white, brunette, speaks Spanish), where she tells us that my father may enter the gymnasium but my sibling and I must stay seated during the whole period of his work it. She tells us that my father can only bring one guest with his membership which is reasonable and completely understandable, then she tells us that my sibling cannot enter which is extremely absurd and ludicrous, the reason being is because not only do my parents pay TWO Youfit Memberships but the cruel fact that she didn't let us enter which is what I don't understand when one of the memberships was my mothers and the other being my father where I always go into the gymnasium with him as a guest. Basically, she tells us my sister can't enter using her OWN MOTHER's membership card, which is extremely absurd, so she either gives us the option to leave the gymnasium or simply seat through the whole duration of my father's work out period which is extremely dull-witted. My father asked her why my sister can't go in and she starts saying that legally she can not let us in the gymnasium. Do we then proceed to ask her "why can't she get in legally?" Where the so-called "manager" which is expected to be informed doesn't know how to respond to the simple question. My father then very disappointed demands to cancel the TWO membership cards which she does allow to happen, because I assure if it was anyone higher in any position, such as a chief-execute manager or even CEO, they would not let FOUR clients walk out of their gymnasium or lose FOUR clients. Needless to say, that the "manager" simply doesn't care because of the simple fact that she is an employee at their facility, she works for a salary so it's simply not her problem. She could simply explain everything to us and for that one day that we drove roughly 10 MILES, would have made an exception. The manager at the Youfit Health Clubs at 3900 SW 112th Ave, Miami, FL 33165 is extremely rude and arrogant, her attitude is extremely disrespectful and disgusting. As well that we have been going to this gymnasium for about 2-3 months now. I've been going to this gym for a couple of months, so far no major issues. I picked this gym because it's super close to my work and I can go directly after work. I'm going to break down this review into positives and negatives. Positives: - gym is well kept, cleaning people are constantly wiping down well everything! - staff is very young they like they're in high school but are all nice and professional - I used one of their personal trainers ( who told me will moving to another location by time of this review ) who was surprisingly excellent. - location has a ton of parking Negatives: - gym is very small, the free weights room area is very small too. It's usually packed to the point of almost being unusable. Just finding a space to workout there without bumping into someone else can be a mission. The staff try to re-rack the free weights as fast as possible but some gym goers just don't give a damn. - be prepared for a hard sell on using personal training packages at any point. HINT: pay for a group of sessions up front - one time only - do not sign up for automatic monthly deductions and make sure the paperwork reflects that! If they tell you you need to commit to 3 months with auto-deductions firmly refuse! - yes there are all kinds of fees - read the black & white print don't take anything verbally. The cardio machines are always gross, people wear jeans, the staff never greet you... they dont even try to look busy working (with the exception of one cleaning lady that is there in the morning), there is no space for stretching, and a male employee has walked into the girl's bathroom, at least, 4x in the past 6 months, while im showering. Either for inventory checks or to clean. I believe that their justification is that they shout something from the bathroom's entrance -- to see if it is okay to go in-- but they dont really wait on a response! The males should NOTTT be allowed to go in! If it wasnt bc this gym is right next to my job, i would have been at another. They really need to do something about the nasty machines. I always see the cleaning staff mopping or vacuuming floors.. but its been over 9 months or so since ive seen them cleaning machines. By the way, ive gone in the early mornings, late afternoons, and saturdays-- always the same (low) levels of customer service and average cleansiness. read more

Switched here from 24 hour fitness and I love this gym. Actually love all locations but this is the one I frequent the most. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cost is awesome $10 dollars a month for one location and $20 a month to go to all locations and bring a one guest free a day plus a discount on drinks can't beat that. Not all locations are 24 hours every day only 3 are open 24 hours everyday but all of them are 24 hours Monday Thur Thursday. This place is literally always clean and well lit and since I joined around July I haven't seen any broken equipment. I never feel this gym gets too crowded I usually feel like I have plenty of space and the people working out here are friendly and polite. There is no sauna and steam room but for the price I won't complain. The only thing I'd wish they would get a shrug machine and flip the smith machines because it feels awkward on your wrist but besides that I definitely recommend this gym I love it best gym I've been too. read more

DO NOT JOIN!!! Starts off at $10 a month but then they raise it $16 after a year with no warning. Broken machines everywhere. When I went to cancel my membership I had to pay a $25 fee and was told I would not get charged for the next month. When they charged me the monthly fee anyway, I called and was told that my monthly fee happened to be due the day I cancelled it so I had to pay for both and there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service otherwise, the front desk attendant is either never there or not paying attention. I had to go three times to cancel the membership because the first time, there was nobody at the front desk after waiting for quite some time, the second time I was told I needed to speak to a manager and conveniently one was not available, and finally the third time I was assisted by someone who was not the manager. read more
