We have worked with Bubbles swim school with each of our children to learn to swim. Each child learned to swim with the 10 classes! One of my children learned to swim in the first class, my other children had a fear of the water and they still learned to swim! We are truly happy and grateful for bubbles swim school!! This swim school has not even reached the minimum expectations I had for my child. They constantly reschedule on you and obviously 2 lessons in 5 weeks too far apart to have any actual improvement on my daughter's swimming . They also charge you so much which is ironic for how poor their lessons are and how dirty the places are. They also treat their employees with extreme rudeness and unfairness. Please do not pay upfront for classes as I payed for 10 classes, asked for a refund after 4 in 10 weeks and they refused and took almost a month to pay me back. Do not sign up with them. Read the negative reviews and believe them. Unprofessional, non-communicative, cancellations without warning, every excuse under the book. The two classes my daughter did take were so lackluster, I wish I had any positive feedback to offer. Shady business folks, and I still haven't received my refund when I kindly asked for our money back (the exact verbiage was 'good riddance.') These classes are a scam. First, the address shown on Google maps was not the address of the actual classes (which now have been corrected). When I started inquiring about the classes for my kids (September 2022), the person talking to me was pushing non-stop of me to make the purchase. They would only offer a package of 10 classes, which I ended accepting it. The classes would happen in their facility. When the classes were supposed to start no one reached out to me with instructions or to arrange a time for the classes. I had a trip planned so I ended up reaching out after my trip (November) and they were very "surprised" that no one reached out in October. I was told that unfortunately they had stopped classes for that year due to the storms and would come back in March. At any point I was told before buying that they would close during storm season / winter. I asked for a refund but was told they don't give refunds but I could do the classes in March. In March they told me the pool was in construction and would start classes in April. We finally started the classes and after doing three classes I decided to stop. First, the pool is way too cold, my kids were shaking and freezing during the class. Second, one day the facility was closed and no one bothered to tell us that the classes weren't going to happen, I had to call after I arrived and saw it was closed. Third, the instructors were terrible. There was one main instructor on top of the pool telling the instructors in the pool what to do. The instructors in the pool had no idea how to interact with babies (mine were 13 months at the time). When my kids start crying (which I get is normal when you are dealing with babies) they didn't know how to react and wanted to keep doing the same activity which the babies were not liking, making them cry even more. They were not prepared at all. After 3 classes it was clear that it wasn't adding anything to my kids. We think it would traumatize them more than actually teach them something. I write this review in hopes that I will spare other families from a terrible experience. We prepaid for 10 classes with Joseph (the owner) which was a mistake. Do yourself a favor and try his services out for a few sessions before committing to a package. Overall, he was unreliable, unprofessional and unable to deliver on his promises. During 4 separate times, we went weeks without a lesson because of frequent cancellations. We even requested substitute teachers but it was not an option per Joseph. It took us 10 months to finish our package of 10 lessons. Most children will need consistency to become comfortable in the water -- something this swim school does not prioritize. As an instructor, Joseph is definitely not well-suited for some children (especially toddlers and preschool age). He would LIFELESSLY "go through the motions" each week assuring us not to worry and saying that the kids would adjust in their own time. Meanwhile he did nothing to allay their fears, nor would he try different strategies to help make the experience fun or enjoyable. Our children dreaded the lessons and would start crying hours before each session started. It was a tough experience. We began lessons with a new instructor (not affiliated with this school) the week after our package was complete. Our kids immediately began to thrive and now they love going swimming! My son LOVED Bubbles Swim School! He is 2 1/2 years old and learned major skills this summer through Bubbles. He has so much confidence in the pool now and is almost swimming himself. Horrible experience. Instructor (Owner) was not able to make the class enjoyable for my son. I had hired 10 classes in advance during Covid. We did few classes and when we wanted to restart the classes after few months (due to Covid), the Owner said that he was not going to honor our prepaid classes. He was extremely rude and I would never feel comfortable having my kids (or any relatives) near him. Very disappointed. It was also very uncomfortable that the Owner denied that my son was previously registered with him when he did not want to honor our classes. This was after already having 5 classes with my son. I have seen that he says the same thing to other parents when there are negative reviews or complaints. read more

My daughter had a pool party at camp and Bubbles was hired for safety and entertainment. The staff dressed up as characters from the Little Mermaid and did a performance in the water with the music from the Little Mermaid! I took a 10 classes package for my 2.5 yo son, the teacher Mariana was so patient, playful and fun so he would do the activities and learn how to reach the edge of the pool in case he would fall. They are very flexible and give the options to confirm or cancel the class 12hrs before which for me was really good as some days he was not feeling well so I cancelled the morning for the afternoon. They really have an amazing service from scheduling to coachs, I recommend 1000%!!! read more

I have been with Bubbles Swim School since 2016. Always responsive, I've tried a lot of their packages, because they have a variety for all shapes and sizes. The most important for me is that my kids can swim, and Joseph has been their instructor and my kids do awesome in the water, swimming each summer learning more. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! The only negative comment they got is the fact that they wouldn't split the cost for someone. No school would do that. Nothing negative about the instructors and their ability to teach. They're VERY AFFORDABLE and know what they're doing. My 2yo son felt comfortable with all the instructors and got upgraded to an advanced level after his 1st lesson. So no time or money is wasted. My kids, 3 and 4 years old, didn't know how to swim. We tried other swimming classes before but they just didn't advance enough to swim without floating devices. After 7 classes in bubble swim they were swimming complete pools all by themselves. They even learned different techniques. I am very satisfied with the results. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Their style of teaching is too aggressive. Everyday there is kids crying so hard because they don't want to go in the water. My son is 2 years old and he used to love swimming and now he is traumatized and he doesn't want to go in the water anymore. Basically they don't know how to engage with kids, they push them too hard and are not friendly at all. The only thing good is the price, it is cheap, but it is not worthy!!!! I had a very positive experience with Bubbles. I enrolled both my kids in private lessons and saw great improvements in both of them. They both gained a lot of confidence and skill which was exactly what I was looking for. My contact, Joseph ALWAYS answered my texts in a very timely fashion and took into account my childrens' needs like when there were certain teachers my kids felt more comfortable with than others or finding me a location with a heated pool. They were also very flexible with the schedule which I appreciated. I have recommended this school to my friends. Parents Beware. The Fl Bubbles Swim School. Not only are they the worst swim teachers, but they lie about the terms of the lesson packages.. The woman brings her child to swim class, which was a huge disruption. And if u want to share the ten pass package she tell you no after you have paid - when it is not written anywhere you can't transfer the classes. My child was not comfortable in e pool around them so we asked to give the remaining 7 (245 dollars) to our friends child (same age) at the same exact ability and the same location and the owner would not allow this. We have been customers at Bubbles Swim School for the past 3 months and could not be happier! My 2 year old is really learning to swim in a cheerful and safe environment and we could not ask for more. Joseph is patient and gentle with our daughter while also making sure she is advancing and learning important skills. She has gone from not swimming at all to jumping in and swimming across the pool happily.
