Some of the instructors & classes available really are amazing, but the building itself is a bio hazard. There was noticeable mold in the women's locker room for months. Then it was closed & "updated" but still has a strong smell of mildew. The rooms where classes are held have a weird smell, & there's almost no air circulation. I've seen many people become overheated to the point of showing signs of heat stroke, & I myself have left mid workout because the heat + no air caused a dizzy spell. When it rains there are buckets everywhere & water leaks. It's been like this for a very long time, there's no excuse.

He is a seasoned professional and there is no doubt that he knows what he is doing., More importantly, he communicates effectively yet gently with his students to get maximum performance each session.
