First I signed for a Private Lesson and he videotaped me while swimming to show areas where I can improve. Then he showed me techniques to have a more fluid movement to help me become a more efficient swimmer. I thought it was very valuable. I also joined his TriSwim team in Davie where I swim together with a team of triathletes looking to improve their swim skills. He provides challenging workouts to help improve freestyle swimming and overall performance. This is different from a masters swim groups since it focuses on triathlete skills. Last weekend I joined the Open Water class in Fort Lauderdale beach. Gary and his team provided specific tips for open water triathlon swimming, from sighting to turning, very useful. I strongly recommend Gary for any triathlete that is looking to improve his swimming skills, as he is very knowledgeable and passionate about this field.

My son has been coming here since he was six months old he is now three. Swimming from one side of the pool to another he tries to dive under. He has no problem jumping in and swimming all over our pool. I really love the way they teach the kids slowly allowing them to graduate and move on to harder techniques of swimming. I've seen other schools where they dunk their kids in terrible!!!!! I've also seen where they mainly focus on floating which a child still could get tired and drown. My son at one years old he could swim over to the wall and pull himself out. I truly believe that they have to practice in order for their little brain can remember what to do in case of an emergency. I do not believe in schools that take a week or to only dunk your kid in traumatize the crap out of them and then allow them to focus on mainly floating. I would say just like any police or firefighters that have to train so Incase of an emergency they don't go into shock and know exactly what to do. I also have a friend where her 4 year old could not swim and within a week AquaChamps helped me be a comfortable swimmer.

I must say if I had a midtown in Orlando I'd be there working out every day. This clubs are all super clean, the group X class studios are very cool mostly the one in Chicago, it looks like is a theater. The bathroom and lockers are always clean, you will always see the maintenance people making sure the place is sparkling, the front staff are always so welcoming and they make sure you are all set for to get inside of the place pleasantly. I highly recommend Midtown club.
