The registration process was seamless and I was able to tour the school before I officially signed up. Registration was completed after the tour and my son started lessons the following week. This is something that was lacking at the previous swim school.

I reached out to the company because I was concerned about the lack of progress, but I did not feel they were willing to properly address the situation. They eventually sent a different instructor, who was a really nice guy and much more helpful. However, after assessing my baby, he recommended approximately 18 additional classes. I don't think it's fair that after paying for 14 classes with almost no results, I'm now being told I should pay for another 18 classes. I understand every child learns at a different pace, but when that much time and money has already been invested, I expected the company to take more responsibility and offer a reasonable solution.
