Four really strong, nice guys arrived on time and went from room to room, moving furniture away from window areas, relocating chairs to the master closet, standing an office sofa up against the wall, and on and on. And they also bagged a bunch of stuff and made a trip to the dump with assorted items that needed to go. Courteous, kind, helpful young men. Looking forward to seeing them return when I have the pleasure of putting my home back in order. I whole heartedly recommend Dome Cleaning! Maybe they'll tackle my garage in the future! Today, a few weeks after the above job, Dome Cleaning sent Eric and Jordan to my home to return my furniture and other things back to normal, because the window job is done (and beautiful, I might add)! The guys did a great job moving the furniture. Jordan so kindly carried a chair up 2 flights of stairs. The most challenging job for them was to hang four 216 inch long window scarves in the dining and living rooms. The fabric is sheer and flowing and trying to drape them equally, keep the fabric on the correct side, and have the ends the same length is tedious, to say the least. Eric was the star of this job! Really appreciated his recommendations and follow-through with that job. I will be calling Dome again! Thank you, Eric and Jordan!

We are nearly 2 months in to our relationship with Vme Janitorial Service. Coincidentally, after I…read morehired Vme, I learned that my awesome chef knows the owner and actually had asked if he was interested in joining our team a while back. I had no idea they knew one another when I hired this service, so it was a happy occasion when they met on-site. GOOD SIGN right there! Now I see why he wanted to bring him on! My staff recognize and appreciate the quality of the work they are doing and our place is looking better than it has in a while. They clean 7 days/week; pay close attention to food safety, which was my biggest concern and focus for them. They have done an outstanding job and so far have been highly professional, reliable, and responsive. We rely on their excellent work to do what we do and at the level I require as the owner with high standards. My small crew of employees work hard and do their best, but our place requires additional effort to maintain the standards that I have. For YEARS, I was doing MOST of the cleaning myself - spending at least 2 hours every morning early before people arrived to work, 7 days/week; an additional "deep clean" for 4 hours every Sunday and usually an hour or two every night -- just to just maintain a level of cleanliness and order that I felt comfortable with. We finally hired another very sweet couple to help me out that did a good job and worked 5/days a week. Unfortunately, they had other personal commitments/travel that required me to find a reliable replacement. On a whim, I found Vme on Yelp, and I'm very pleased to have found them! They do a wonderful job and I'm so grateful - this has really helped me personally, not needing to stress about my business and standards for maintaining a level of basic cleanliness that I require, and for being so supportive to my staff. People don't realize how VITALLY and critically important proper and safe cleaning and maintenance is - especially in the food industry and how much work this involves. With special expertise and focus on the needs of restaurants, Vme is the perfect fit for us. We hope for a very long-term relationship with Vme -- so far, this has been a real benefit to our business. I'm so pleased with the service they provide! Thank you, Vme!

I'm a very coordinated guy, but the Thursday night before I had a moment of clumsiness and the Blueberry Smoothie that I was about to enjoy slipped away from me and splattered in front of my sofa in the living room. Yes, you read right...BLUEBERRY! No chance that that catastrophe was coming out. So mad at myself for not being able to prevent/avoid the disaster, I started doing as much cleanup as possible. With phone in hand, I launched the Yelp! app and did a search for carpet cleaning with emphasis on the 'Open Now' filter. 3H Hygenix was at the top of the list, so I got in touch with Matthew right away. Fortunately, he had an open morning spot at 9:30, which I took right away. After explaining the situation and giving him a brief description of the issue, Matthew said he would do his best to combat the staining powers of blueberry. While I was glad to get an appointment for the following morning, I was still worried. Damn you, Mark, for being so clumsy. And damn you, blueberries, for torturing me throughout the evening! Once Matthew and Victor arrived they got to work. This dynamic duo was not only super professional and on top of it all, but they're two really great gents. In just over an hour, they not only eradicated the staining powers of the Blueberry Smoothie, but the took care of shampooing the rest of my apartment. (What a great start to my spring cleaning endeavors!) Seriously, I highly endorse and suggest you phone 3H Hygenix and get Matthew and Victor to take care of your carpet cleaning issues! In today's world where 'customer service,' is a foreign concept and dying art, these gents do such stellar work to keep that practice alive. Well done, Matthew and Victor!

I have other domestic talents but cleaning - deep cleaning is not one of them. I call, schedule an appointment, and the day of my appointment two ladies furiously work to clean my house so that I can love it again. I value that help, I truly do. So more truth telling - I love this house cleaning service because they don't judge me. They have deep cleaned my house several times without snarky comments or rude faces. They came and deep cleaned my house in a few hours and I happily paid them. I love that. I understand why not everyone will like this service. It is a subjective thing - like where you choose to get your hair cut. What I do not understand is a 1 star review. As hard as they have worked in my house, I just don't get it. I really truly appreciate how hard they work to clean my beautiful home that I will not sweat to clean. They sweat, I pay, everyone is so happy. Really. For me, they are 5 star perfect. Perfect service, staff I trust in my home, and the price is affordable. Thank you Expert Martin Martha Maids! I will call you again soon!

When I finally got the other guy on the line, he was curt in his responses and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I hung up vowing I wouldn't use them. I decided to give them another shot since I found them in the GGBA Pride Pages and wanted to be able to say I was supporting a GGBA member . Called the rude guy again - twice - leaving a voicemail both times and have yet to receive a return call. The last call was almost two months ago.
