It really felt like she went above and beyond, and I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making everything look clean and organized. Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time. That being said, I still trust this cleaning company more than others I've tried and would continue to use them. I just hope future cleanings are more consistent with the quality, effort, and attention to detail I received the first time.

Having daughter's company wins! After reaching out to several services, Ana's was the one who got back to me. I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future. And maybe I can learn a little bit of their language, too!

I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.
