The wait was a tad bit long but the house latte was surprisingly delicious! There was a blend of spices and it was just perfectly balanced! I'd definitely try another drink next time!

Cute ambiance, lots of natural sunlight, outlets, and tables. First time trying the iced adeni, can def taste the spices shining through strongly, quite liked it

Port Coffee is a coffee shop that specializes in Middle Eastern coffees. Located in Irving-Las Colinas, this gem serves up all your favorite coffee types and more. It's a beautiful spot with coffee to match. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walk inside and you'll be treated to a beautiful, cozy coffee shop. The bright white walls are accented by blue comfortable chairs and gold lettering. There are locally sourced pastries behind glass, and Middle Eastern themed lighting hanging from above. 1 Star. Service - Port Coffee continues the trend of ordering through a kiosk when they are busy. On both visits, I wanted to order from a human so I could learn more about their concept, but on both visits, I was directed to a kiosk. Also, I ordered "for here" so I could get pretty latte art, but they made my cappuccino "To go" and I had no art. No Stars. Coffee - Given the lack of service, I came back two days in a row. Why? Because the coffee is pretty darn good. They serve your standard espressos and lattes, but I tried their Iced Mufuwar. This delicious drink was dark roast mixed with milk, cardamine, and some sweetness. That combination made me a believer. The cardamine added a light, fragrant flavor (hints of ginger) with just enough sweetness (you can choose your level). It was smooth, refreshing, and a perfect pit stop during my morning walk. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The coffee was so good I came two days in a row. The (lack of) service did not prevent me from trying their delicious coffee. I'll be back to try a pastry. 1 Star.

Cinnamon roll more like a croissant roll and was ok

Everything here seems like quality. It's nice. Tried the port coffee and the caramel latte. Both were not bad. The caramel was too sweet definitely half that next time. The port had too much nutmeg but still drinkable. Tried the cinnamon roll and eh icing was too rich and the roll was just ok more like a croissant. We didn't even eat quarter of it. They have some beautiful pastries and desserts and wanted to try them all. But the roll made me think maybe pastries look better than it is.

Port Coffee is officially added to my Dallas-area favorites. The coffee was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service made the experience even better. If you're looking for a cute coffee shop to work, unwind, or romanticize your morning, this spot is worth the visit.

Port Coffee Co in Irving just became my new favorite in the area. I got the Adeni tea and brooo it was out of this world. So warm, so comforting, so flavorful like I took one sip and literally went dude this is so flavorful and had the best spices. it was also the correct amount of sweetness! And then the pistachio croissant?? SO GOOD. Creamy, soft inside, flaky outside, and it actually tasted like real pistachio. I was genuinely impressed! Love the interior of this place too. Will definitely be coming back!

This is my new favorite coffee shop in DFW. I love the taro latte and their pastries are amazing. The customer service is very friendly and the establishment is very clean. This is a great place to work or study as they have many outlets and comfortable seating. It is also not too loud. The AC is also set at a comfortable temperature so it's not freezing in there! Parking: plenty of parking spaces in front of the building.

This is a great place to go on a date / study! People are mostly quiet here, and it is just aesthetic. The Cashiers are very nice and explain anything if needed. A little pricy but the pastries are very delicious. My favorite was the spinach filled rectangular pastry that was made of croissant dough. Very yummy and very flaky. The restrooms are also very clean and they have a prayer room!! How cool! Love this place and will be back.

Was pretty excited to come here and try the coffee shop after looking at all the good reviews but was sadly disappoint. I ordered a plan latte and it came out to a little over $8. I ordered it to drink at the restaurant but they gave me a to go cup, not a big deal. Main thing is the coffee just tasted ok. Not good but not bad either. I can see the appeal for others however. It is well decorated and there's plenty of seating available. Desserts were also $8+ but I didn't get a chance to try. Will definitely try again and see if it's better next time

Adeni Tea such a cute presentation and is delicious!

The ambiance is so cute and cozy. I tried the tea which was presented in such a nice way and was delicious. I didn't get to try any food but I'll be back next to try it! Service is great!

Great coffee and even better vibes! We stopped in for an early morning caffeine fix and were impressed. The espresso is high quality and wasn't masked by the flavoring; everything was perfectly balanced. We also had the almond croissant, which was fantastic--it wasn't too sweet, but the flavor was perfect. A great spot to energize your morning.

Tried this place out with my family yesterday. The place itself was stunning, the customer service was great, and the presentation of coffee was really good. I got the pistachio latte which was really flavorful although a tad too sweet for me. Other than coffee they also have assortment of pastries. Will definitely be back to try more items and do recommend this cute little coffee shop.

I recently made a return visit. This is my updated review. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Pop Factory is small on the inside, but they have expanded their menu. Upon entering you see a glass case full of hundreds of pops. Inside a couple of tables and charming brick. There is also some outdoor seating. 1 Star. Service - On my visit, there were a couple of workers, but they were slow. They seemed a little indifferent. While I had no issues placing my order, there was no welcome, no smile, and it led me to feel a bit uncomfortable. No Stars. Food - Thank goodness the pops are great. On my first few visits, I went with the fruity and creamy pops. On this visit, I noticed they now had pops filled with ingredients. Naturally, I was drawn to the banana and Nutella pop. The fruity banana was cold and tasty, but the Nutella in the center added that extra chocolate hazelnut and was the buried sweet treasure I discovered inside. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I have still yet to try the adult pops that are infused with alcohol. I'm really happy that Pop Factory remains as a fixture at the Toyota Music Factory. Yes, I will be back. 1 Star.
