Place a pick up order for a staff meeting. Order came back with no plates, cutlery ingredients, and no 2 liter soda. I am all about customer service and making things right for your customers specially, after spending over $50 on food. Apparently all they could do for their mistake is credit me for a 2 L soda. Point is in the food industry I believe you should make things right for your customers and I believe they failed on that aspect. Had this pizza delivered grub hub and it's one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. You're better ordering oven pizzas. Pizza www dry as a fart with nearly no cheese or sauce. They put on hardly any meat. The antipasta salad had potential but they messed up the order by only putting on everything that we asked to leave off (meat and olives) and removed everything else. Ups and Downs When it's good, it's great. When it's not good, it's pretty bad. I'm talking about service here. I've had all kinds- It definitely ranges. When it's busy, they have trouble handling large orders and service and wait times go out the window. When it's slower, I get great service. I avoid delivery- that seems to be where the majority of the problems happen. If you order on a weekend night, just automatically double the wait time they give you. Annoying, but it works. So why do I keep coming back? The pizza can be really good! If you avoid delivery and getting a cold pizza and pick it up right out of the oven, it's worth the hassle. We just ordered porkys for dinner, food is mediocre. The salad looked like it was pre made and sitting in a fridge for 2 days. We used to eat porkys in Anaheim hills a lot and then moved to Yorba Linda. Never had issues with that store. Tonight we got it to give it a shot and it really was plain and just not there. Good solid x-large pepperoni pizza roughly $20 (About the size of a Costco pizza). Salty though. Friendly dudes working here and pizza is good. I'd say the crust here is better than Costco. We order from here and every time we babysit our grandson. Have never been to the actual location so this review is based solely on the food that was delivered to our home along with the appearance of the driver any interaction with the order taker. When I called in the order taker was friendly as she usually is all of our information was already on file in the computer. She did a great job of taking our order and giving us a quote time of 45 minutes. When the delivery driver arrived the order was exactly what we had placed and everything was there. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that they never seem to have cheese or peppers with them. I think this should be required of every delivery driver. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza it had ample toppings. Had a great amount of cheese in the crust was extremely fluffy. The sauce was tasty just the right amount of tang to it. We also ordered buffalo wings and they were excellent. In addition, we also ordered a salad and they delivered the dressing in packets of Newmans. I'm not sure why this place has such a low overall/average rating. It looks like it's simply due to issues with delivery orders on the weekends, namely that their delivery service isn't super streamlined, resulting in late/cold pizzas, but please keep in mind that this is a smaller, family owned business! While they could do probably do some better sales analysis and planning to optimize their deliver service, it certainly isn't the easiest thing to do, and certainly shouldn't be cause for a one star review... Now on to the good stuff! Porky's Pizza is so freaking good. It just tastes so much fresher and realer than your typical Pizza Hut or Dominoes pizza. They're very generous with toppings and there's absolutely no artificial flavors, which I really like. Having read some of the reviews with delivery issues on the weekend, and with the location being relatively close, I decided to order for pick and placed an order in the afternoon for a 5PM pickup and the pizzas were piping hot and super fresh when I arrived to pick them up. The staff were busy at work and everyone was busy with something - I'm sure working hard to fulfill all orders also makes the delivery process less of a priority for them. All of the staff were also very nice and friendly. And again, the pizza is great! Everyone really loved it. It'll definitely be our go to place from now on.
