There is a reasonable first step but the step from the and through the door is taller than currently would be acceptable although not insurmountable, mobility challenged folks would have greater difficulty and no wheeled services will not succeed enter to here. As the restaurant has no available seating I also note that the washrooms are not available for use either as they are behind the precautionary shields. Additionally at least the one is signed as out of order, this was visible from the pickup area. Overall highly recommended for value for the money and freshness of the ingredients. I'm no expert as to all types of Chinese food but I like to try find out the origin area of the staff as they would cook up flavours of their home area. We tried the Shanghai Style Fried Noodle, Preserved Egg and Pork Congee, Steamed Sui Mai Dumpling, and Steamed Chive Shrimp Dumpling. We ordered the Pan Fried Dumpling with Minced Pork - it never arrived. Just as well because we had enough for two people and were already full. Of all, the congee was the most flavourful. The other items were standard. The noodles didn't have as much flavour and 'wok hei' as we would have liked, but still ok. I did ask if they made the dim sum in house, and the server (owner?) answered, "yes" but I do have to wonder. I would give it another try for dinner entrees.
