It's easy to just drive by this place, but I was getting my car serviced down the street and decided to walk down to this diner. I would consider this place to be a hole in the wall, but don't let the exterior ambiance fool you. The omelette was cooked just right and super affordable compared to all the other veggie omelette out there. Staff is super nice and chill.

Service was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The place was clean and comfortable. They have healthy options and serve breakfast for lunch as well. I would recommend it if you're ok with their silverware being a bit low budget.

Sooo good. Everything was made to perfection.

Ming and Lisi are worth the trip here. A mom and pops type of restaurant. Great for groups or intimate breakfast catch up with your loved ones. Or, if you craving some great service, delicious food and sincerity, get over here. Now, let's stalk about their homemade hot sauce (which you can purchase to take home).....delish! Shake it on everything for immediate elevated flavor!! Bathrooms are clean, outdoor patio if you wanna see the street and trees or sit inside to revel at their lovely art collection. It's a place that feels at home which is difficult this day and age with everything , "Scan your own food." Looking forward to a return and please support small local businesses like this!

Coworker's Paradise in North Pomona! (sorry if it sounds like I'm writing a Zillow listing, but I'm…read morejust trying to get this to show up in search results if anyone else is curious LOL) OUTLETS: Plenty of outlets!!! There's a set of steps with pillows on each step with a block of about six outlets beside them, and a really comfy, sinky couch (plus an ottoman and two comfy looking armchairs and a big table in the middle) with a set of two outlets on the wall and a star shaped power strip sticking out of the ground with six outlets coming out of it. There are also regular tables and it seems like there are outlets beside them as well. WIFI: The wifi is open (no password necessary), even though they have a password listed where you pick up your food (it's just Sanctuary Coffee). I tried to use one of the locked ones (the only one that made sense), but the wifi password didn't work, so I'm not sure why they have one listed. Regardless, albeit not the fastest wifi I've ever used, it's incredibly doable. I have been working remote here for 1.5 hrs and had almost no issues. MENU: For LA, relatively cheap. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so I got the peach Italian soda, which was yummy. I believe it was about $4.89, which is not bad at all. I went to And Destroy in the Highland Park-ish area, and I believe an Italian soda with cream (cream is free here) was maybe $7-8. I'm used to paying more for drinks because the specialty (non coffee and tea) drinks are usually pricey, but this was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Also, you can claim a free pastry with your email and first name on their website (it sends you a voucher, just show the email). I got the banana bread, which was fine. I would've gotten zucchini, but it wasn't chocolate chip zucchini. ATMOSPHERE: Not too loud, the music is nice and chill and not very loud. There's cute art on the walls and homey looking lamps. It's the quintessential living room coffee shop, perhaps even rivaling Republik Coffee in Burbank in comfiness, noise level, aesthetic, and price (which is a bummer, because I likely will never be back - we just happened to be in North Pomona today, and I have no idea when we'd ever elect to drive this far again LOL). PARKING: It's in a little strip mall, so there's an actual aboveground lot with plenty of free parking (at least I think it's free, I got dropped off so I didn't pay much attention). Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking to cowork in a cozy atmosphere for relatively cheap in the North Pomona area. It checks all of my boxes except distance from home. I hope this review helps someone, because I always try to find this information on Yelp about new places to visit and it can be very difficult to find! BATHROOM: I believe there are two single person bathrooms like not stalls just one bathroom. Cute art and aesthetic inside, there are hooks on the walls for your stuff. The air dryer was not very strong and there were no paper towels or seat covers, but other than that there was a nice faucet and cute nice soap like homey soap you'd see in someone's house, and the lock worked fine.

We had parked on the numerous street parking spots in downtown Claremont. Luckily, it was a Tuesday morning and quite calm. Usually Claremont gets packed in the evenings, especially on a Friday. Upon walking in, you are greeted by lush greenery' the store has handfuls of pothos and other plants on every shelf and from the ceiling down. Towards the right side, there is also a wall of stickers for sale ($4 each). There was seating in the center and alongside the window. Very nice! We had stood in a line for only a few minutes. The cashier was very sweet and patient. I had ordered a bucket of donuts, a half dozen in a bag, and a fruity pebbles cold brew. We quickly munched on our half dozen donut holes and then received our drinks. We waited about five minutes for the bucket of donuts. The donut holes are everything you've hoped! They're warm, fluffy, and very fresh. I had chosen their cinnamon and sugar topping. The cashier let me know that they offer several other flavors. My cold brew had fruity pebbles topped upon it, but to my disappointment, I didn't really like it. I think I had imagined it to be a thicker, cream top but it wasn't. There was also some syrups on the bottom of the cup, which bore fruit flavors. Overall, I love the donuts and the coffee place itself. I think I just personally chose the wrong drink. Again, I've had their coffee before and I do like them. Nevertheless, I will be back soon for a different drink and more donuts!

There are a few different seating options (communal table, couch, smaller tables, on the stage...and more) and it is a great place to socialize, work, or just relax. My all time favorite drink is the bowl of soul with coconut creme tea (hot). It originally comes with Earl grey (I think) but the coconut tea adds a sweet flavor that I personally enjoy. The tea steeps in hot soy milk and is flavored with honey and cinnamon. Drinking it truly feels like "a bowl of soul". It's great on a cold or rainy day and it always lightens my mood. Highly recommend! In the summer, I really like the get the "make your own smoothie". It is especially good with granola and honey! Tastes like a blended fruit bowl! It's amazing. Another yummy treat to try is their bagels (+cream cheese)!! I don't know what it is, but the bagels at the motley are delicious. You can toast them up yourself on the counter to the right of the cashier. I personally like the cinnamon raisin or blueberry but they have many many sweet and savory flavors. They also have a student bake-off every semester where the winners get to sell their goods in store. These are often very very good so definitely worth a try if you see it in the display case!

It's definitely sweet with rich chocolate and marshmallow flavors. You can definitely taste all the ingredients described. I prefer the marshmallow cream top to be a bit thicker, considering it is marshmallow after all. 2) Chai Latte - My sister thought her drink was okay. It's two shots of espresso, coconut cold foam, coconut, browns sugar, and milk. The caffeine is enduring, but it's a little too milky. Fortunately, I eventually felt the caffeine after one hour. (Quick Note: The regular and large have the same amount of shots. This location is also very dog friendly. I observed leashed dogs relaxing inside this coffee shop.) I arrived at Nambah Coffee (La Verne) on Monday (around 7:58AM). Parking is convenient. The street signs say, "90 Minute Parking - 8AM to 9PM - Monday thru Saturday." Staff is EXEMPLARY. Staff's friendliness, eagerness to help, and bright smiles are a high point. I repeatedly observed Staff happily chatting with regulars. Staff (receipt says Tyrone) also happily answered all my questions while maintaining an almost Disneyland-like demeanor. Tyrone cheerfully brought my coffee to my table. And there were instances where Tyrone would happily pet and welcome the customers' dogs. My drink took about two minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Brown Coconut Specialty Latte ($8.25 - 16oz - Iced). Personally, I disliked how it lacked a prominent coffee flavor; rather, it tasted somewhat watery & milky with hints of coconut. However, this coffee carries a hidden, resilient strength. To my utter shock, I felt energy arrive an hour after sipping. In addition, I also appreciate how the ice has holes which allows more liquid inside. Unfortunately, it felt like the ice was still CRAMMED inside that brew. There was so much ice! Regarding ambiance, Nambah Coffee (La Verne) is beautiful. The location has wonderful acoustics and music. It's also decorated lovingly. The business uses its space well. The well decorated spot resembles those "nice" coffee shops that we'd see on family friendly sitcoms. I literally heard several college students walk into this spot whispering how, "-this is such a hidden gem." Concerning utility, I liked that there's 10 interior tables. However, I only counted about two electrical outlets. There's customer internet with password, but the information is only accessible by asking Staff for the details. In addition, the location shows bathroom codes for customers; the male and female restrooms are located down the hall. I especially appreciated the location's cleanliness and good ventilation. Overall, Nambah Coffee (La Verne) is a charming coffee shop. The coffee is not spectacular, but there's integrity in the base ingredients. If you're already nearby, I would casually recommend. 4.6 out of 5
