I came here with my boyfriend and we had high hopes. The menu had some really good options so we ordered several things to try. And boy, were we disappointed. The fries were way overfried, wings had no crisp to them, burger was overdone and to make matters worse the service was a joke. The servers spent more time behind the bar talking to eachother than they did helping guests and my boyfriend and i spent the first 45min. Without service at all. Ordering happens through the app which means you dont have a single server that helps you, but rather the whole team is responsible for every table. That being said, it was rare that someone came to check on us to see how we liked the food. We couldnt eat the fries because they were so overcooked that they were inedible and they had no flavor left. They were practically hollow they were so dry. When someone finally came to collect dishes I let them know that the fries were inedible and that I wanted another order. By the time another 45 min. had passed with no replacment fries, I gave up waiting. One thing i noticed was that people all around us were leaving their fries on the tables and werent eating them. Everyone had burnt fries. Youd think theyd notice this and do something about it. I let the server know that we never recieved our fries and he seemed surprised but didnt offer anything else to make up for it. The golf course. However was very fun and so was the game area. Very disappointing not anywhere as close to top golf or any of the indoor golf facilities. Hi there sadly if you're looking for a real golf experience or to even get close to the Tiger Woods or Rory McElroy experience this isn't it ...this is basically miniature golf with food and alcohol for adults. We loved it! There are 2 courses (18 holes each). It was fairly busy for a Monday but it didn't impact our golf time. They had misters at each hole which helped with the hot weather and cold water cups (at no cost). Well kept facility. Fun music, large restaurant/bar area and the staff were friendly. They even let you keep your PopStroke golf balls. Well worth a visit! Can't wait for the Scottsdale location to open. read more

This place is extremely over priced. You have to pay $30 per person all to just wait in line for 20 min+ for each course. And it's not like you can drink while you wait because drinks are over priced ... an additional $20+ for a well drink. Also be cautious , the bartenders will give you their highest priced spirits without you asking for them. This place could definitely be a hit if they did reservations for the golf course so that everyone could enjoy their game without getting pressured from the people waiting in line and lowering their alcoholic beverages. read more

7 of us met up here for our friend's birthday party and it was great! After a few drinks we were off to play some "golf". The course was well maintained and fun to navigate. The place is beautiful and it has a lot of entertainment, but the service they provide didn't meet my expectations. No one greets you, no one gives you instructions until you ask. We sat on the table for 10 min until my partner asked for menus and they said use the app to order, we opened the app and it was giving us issues taking us back to where we started several times then we asked for menus again and they said use the app we told them that the app was giving us issues and the person helping us said "I don't know what to tell you" after we finally ordered the food we waited but when the food got there it was wrong, they took it back and fixed it fast but over all we had a very bad first experience. read more

The golfing was nice, however the food was not as I had hoped or expected. First of all, their menu is only available via a QR code. That's also where you order and pay. Came here on a Thursday night, about 7p, after they've been open for 2 weeks. Played both courses and both had long lines for waiting to play. Rules are not enforced throughout! We had 8 people in front of us - rules show 6! There isn't anyone managing what is going on throughout the courses. On the other course we had a group holding up 3 other groups cuz they had 12 people chatting of which only 3 or 4 were actually playing. They finally broke up cuz some stayed at the back bar to drink and vape!! Black course had 3 clubs just laying on the ground, there were beer bottles and cups laying around. After finishing our 2 rounds, we went inside for ice cream. Didn't realize it takes 2 gals to make 1 shake! I think there was a "manager" who was sitting on a counter before he came down to ask if they needed help. At which point they said no, but continued to struggle. I saw an ad on Instagram and I was taking a trip to Arizona. So I told my dad about this place. I showed up and just trying to find parking was an adventure but the crowd and wait was worth it. The course is super fun and my dad who doesn't really mini golf decided to play. I highly recommend this place for your friends or a date night. read more

We went on a Monday after lunch. It was hot in the sun! The turf got really hot as well. The holes were nice without any wagon wheels and silly obstacles but that made the holes a bit boring, repetitive and monotonous. Ordered drinks via the QR code in the course and never got our drinks. Had to go to the bar to get them. Didn't try the food so no input there. Workers were all pleasant. To be perfectly honest, we have given this place three chances. We had really high hopes for this place from the beginning, because I actually work at Westgate, and I have been anticipating this place opening. They have failed from the beginning to the end. The absolute worst service I have ever received. Honestly, at this point, I have so many bad things to say that I am going to separate my three different experiences in separate reviews. This review will be for the first time. It was a week after they had first opened. Aubrey was great, support staff and the kitchen not so much. Everyone is confused, they just put food on the counter and walk away. They have 4 bartenders in one area that won't even look up at you. I finally spoke up and asked for a menu. My drink was wrong, and took 30 min. The bartender who asked me wasn't even the one who made it and it seemed that she had to ask 3 different people to make it. The drink was bourbon, lemonade, and muddled berries... not rocket science. The food was cold and they couldn't figure out where it went... while a manager was in front of me comping an obscene amount of food because customers were angry... oh and good luck trying to golf. read more

I rarely write reviews, but change is needed. To set the stage Popstoke opened their corporate/party reservation line 11/1. I e-mailed on the morning of 11/3 to inquire about a corporate team-building event at Popstrokes Scottsdale on 11/9. Popstrokes sent an e-mail on 11/6 acknowledging receipt of my request, and the event coordinator asked some easy follow-up questions. Overall, the e-mail made me feel confident that there were no concerns with reserving a space for my event and I anticipated an easy transaction. Then communication stopped. I tried calling but the event hotline led to a voicemail and the front desk deferred all party requests to the (1) one event coordinator. I tried to support by stopping by Popstrokes in person after work and scheduling but again the front desk said they couldn't support me. Fast forward two days and I get a call the day before my event that my date is booked and there is no availability, but that I could always still walk in and use the facility without the benefit of the party packages. The lack of communication left me with no time to adjust to a new venue. I feel the event coordinator was slammed with party/event requests, but because there was no communication I had no time to pivot. I think this problem is solvable by having more event coordinators and communicating effectively. Popstrokes could have also offered to host our event in the main area and just honor the event packages but they didn't. Overall, a lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer service. If you're planning an event go somewhere else. read more
