Instead of simply entering the order, the employee questioned almost every item. She insisted the bowl came with cheese--until I showed her the menu where it clearly does not. Then she questioned the toppings I asked to be added. At this point, I even had to call my friend while standing there because she kept challenging what I was asking for. Before I paid, I said again, "Please make sure the order is correct." I also clarified, "I don't want a latte. I want a coffee with a shot of caramel." The total came out to $30.82 for two items, which is already high, but I was willing to pay it as long as the order was right. When I dropped the order off, my friend took one sip of the drink and immediately said, "What is this?" It was clearly not a regular coffee. So I drove right back. When I told the employee she gave me the wrong drink, she insisted she made it correctly. My friend told me the regular coffee comes from the machine near the door with caramel added--yet the employee pointed to the latte machine and acted like that was the same thing. It wasn't. Not only did she get the drink wrong after all the clarification, but they didn't offer a refund, remake, apology, nothing. Just a I'm sorry after messing up the order I tried so hard to make clear.
