When I arrived, the receptionist, Jordan assisted me. She not only let me know that my request was totally doable, but that she could help me today, and, at an exceptionally reasonable price. I've spent tens of…read morethousands on processing in LA and NYC and I have to say Photovision exceeds the service and quality of those labs every time I drop off film for processing and scanning. The staff is conscientious and helpful in every sense of those words. I know I can soup my own stuff in the lab I have at home but it's just so much easier to have Photovision do it for me. I kinda just stick to printing at home. As long as I shoot film and film is available this is my "must-call" lab of choice and I recommend it to all of my colleagues. Keep up the great work!

I didn't have a typical experience, I went there desperate and not knowing what I was going to get or what to expect. I'm a transplant from SOCAL and usually do all my printing through Walgreens or Costco because we've had great experiences there. I had just gone to Walgreens to pick up a photo of my brother in law for his celebration of life and the quality was TERRIBLE! There were creases everywhere, the ink bled, and they enlarged it without asking, cutting off his head. I went to copycats in disbelief of the experience I had just had at Walgreens. I met the owner of copycats and she was so nice! She went out of her way to make the moment right! She explained why it might've bled, and why it was extremely fuzzy/pixelated, she reprinted it there at copycats and it looked a Thousand Times Better! I cried out of happiness and from her kindness. If you've never gone here for your printing needs, CHECK IT OUT!!!! I will ALWAYS recommend them!
