Well... I tried to get the last names of all of the boys put on their uniforms this year... and…read moretook them to T-shirt World at 4191 Cherry Avenue, Keizer (Shares the parking lot with JC's Pizza). The quality seemed good, but it would've been better if he had spelled the names correctly, as they were on the teamstream soccer roster that I gave him a copy of. He says that he thought he read the letters differently, and even when he went into the back of the shop and came out with his glasses he claimed to still see the letters wrong on the roster. He refused to fix his mistakes and said even if I could find additional jerseys that he could put the correct names on, he would charge me again. No refunds, and he's sorry if he read the names wrong but he can't be held accountable. I was in a time crunch because we got the jerseys late this year, and I had the money because I've been refereeing extra games this year, but the $8.50 per jersey he charged was a little steep compared to what I've paid at other places in the past (normally charged per letter in the name, and averages between $3-$4 per jersey). I could understand his mistakes if I had hand written the names, but these were printed via computer on a roster. I was shocked when he refused to participate in finding a solution and said he would charge me to fix his own mistakes. Soooooo, we're finding a way to fix the jerseys and will hand them out tomorrow. In the meantime, make sure that you are aware of the ethics of the business owner at T-shirt world and tell your friends. He is a bad person. I will try to make sure everyone in the sports community that I know is aware.

Troy is awesome to talk to but fails to follow through with what he says and for me failed to…read morefinish the car how I originally requested it to be done. The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.
