The second time, we ordered an Oreo McFlurry, but they handed us an M&M's one that was clearly left behind by someone else. When we complained, they did change it, but with a bad attitude. Most recently, this past Wednesday, we ordered an Oreo McFlurry again and were given one that had obviously been sitting there for a long time, it was completely melted. When we asked them to replace it, we were told that all the ice creams were like that. If the machine wasn't working properly, they should have told us before taking our order, instead of giving us a melted ice cream. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially with management present.
