I noticed halfway throughout she started to run around a little more and got more busy but that didn't stop this girl . She definitely makes this place ! I will definitely be returning and hopefully be having her again .

The menu and build your own options are rather impressive. I've had people recommend this place to me the past few years and kept putting it off. Wow was I missing out. Started off with the half Three Buds queso's which are three small saucers of your choice of queso. The three I chose were the chorizo, smoked cheddar, and the blanco (shown in pictures). All three of those were very good and wasn't able to choose a favorite As far as tacos, I got the ooey gooey taco and a build your own ju-ju taco. The juju taco is a double decker shell with hard and soft with queso blanco & chorizo before adding your build your own toppings. Both of the tacos were phenomenal. The service was friendly and helpful. The waiter took the order using a mobile device making the ordering process seamless. The menu from what I gathered is more of an ala carte style menu rather than your traditional Mexican combos menu.

For $9 you got a ton of chips, cheese, and pico de gallo, which was all really good, only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because i got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, about 5 chips had chicken on it and that was it, I don't know if they were running out because it was a holiday or if thats the normal portion but would have loved to have an adequate amount. The flavors were good and everything seemed price well for a food truck, would love to try the tacos next time they are in my area!

The guacamole was nothing but avocado crushed up. No cilantro, lime salt or anything. Just plain avocado. Huge disappointment. The elote corn was nothing like true Mexican Elote Corn. I want to lead with the best here: the bartender/server here provided some of the best service I have experienced in the last few years. So many people have come to expect poor service (including myself) that positive experiences like this really serve as a wake-up call to what the dining experience ought to be like. Kudos to Taqueria 304 for hiring the best! I can't omit the excellent food and stellar plate presentation either. My friend and I both got the loaded nachos as our entrees and they were as delicious as they were beautiful. As for the drinks, plenty of beers on tap and in bottles to suit your needs, particularly of the Mexican variety (fitting). Ambiance is nice with some clever furnishings, like the sideways doors carpentered to serve as an entryway wall. One thing I will mention is that open-concept establishments tend to have noise issues and this place is no exception; even still, my friend and I were able to hear each other on this occasion (no promises when the place is full). Parking here can be challenging due to all the construction currently happening in the area though there are spots available on both sides of the street which ought to be enough at most times of the day. All things considered, Taqueria 304 is a welcome addition to the area and I hope they stick around for a long time to come! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Outrageously good service, that needs to be commended in a world where such service is increasingly rare. - Excellent food with a skilled eye for presentation. - Great draft/bottle beer selection. - Pleasant ambiance with clever furnishings. Cons: - Open-concept spots can have noise issues, though it wasn't too bad during our visit. - Parking is tough but still available.
