The ambiance was a little bit loud as we were seated next to a larger family who had alot of kids but we both didnt mind much and just tuned them out. We were in a booth rifgt next to an isle and their table was maybe 3 ft away. My only suggestion is if they had larger portions or refilled our chip basket. The waited came took our order and then maybe checked on us once or twice total? Could have been more personable but thats ok. Overall good experience.

It was quite busy, but we were seated in five to ten minutes and presented with a heaping bowl of chips and salsa. The margaritas are gigantic, yet pretty weak. I would NOT recommend getting the large, as they start to get way too sweet and they also start to melt. And unless you are super-human and love sugar, you aren't finishing it before you get out of there. To be fair, Oakwood Square is a "DORA" district, so they offer to put your drink in a to-go cup and send you on your way. Food is standard Mexican fare. Good, but to be honest, everything tastes kind of the same, with minor variations. I still am not sure of the difference between the enchilada, chimichanga, soft taco, burrito, etc. Dump some rice & refried beans on the place, mix it all together and it is basically the same thing. Friendly and speedy service is the highlight of this joint. I don't always love Mexican food, so I likely won't return again anytime soon, but it was a solid supper.

For $9 you got a ton of chips, cheese, and pico de gallo, which was all really good, only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because i got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, about 5 chips had chicken on it and that was it, I don't know if they were running out because it was a holiday or if thats the normal portion but would have loved to have an adequate amount. The flavors were good and everything seemed price well for a food truck, would love to try the tacos next time they are in my area!

This restaurant is located on Harmont Avenue down the street from Walmart on 62 and next to the drive thrus. The staff were polite, prompt, and customer service oriented. The menu was thorough and detailed with lots of options for everyone. The salsa had more onion than other Mexican restaurants, but still the amazing lime salsa flavoring. The prices were comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. During the visit, I got the combo dinner #3- with 2 tacos, one enchilada, and a chile con queso. The hard shell tacos with ground beef had cheese and lettuce. The enchilada was filled with ground beef. The chile con queso (hard shell with queso and ground beef) stole the show for me with the way the shell crackled. The restaurant seemed slow and empty for a Thursday during dinner time.

The counter service was slow. Like she was stoned or challenged or something. She didn't know what Carnitas were and it's literally labeled on the top of the case. I should have walked away then, but was starving. The quality of the meat was atrocious! The carne asada and carnitas are indistinguishable from each other (yes, I watched her make the tacos, so she did give me both). The chicken taco had an odd flavor - not spoiled, but certainly not delicious. I should have let myself die of starvation because today my intestines are mad at me!!!
