I went with the Super Rancheros. Overall, most of the enchiladas were pretty good, but there was one that missed the mark. The enchilada filled with ground beef was very bland, as the meat seemed to be missing any real seasoning or flavor. Unfortunately, our order was also missing my wife's quesadilla, which was disappointing. In closing, our experience at El Campesino was just okay.
