I want to lead with the best here: the bartender/server here provided some of the best service I have experienced in the last few years. So many people have come to expect poor service (including myself) that positive experiences like this really serve as a wake-up call to what the dining experience ought to be like. Kudos to Taqueria 304 for hiring the best! I can't omit the excellent food and stellar plate presentation either. My friend and I both got the loaded nachos as our entrees and they were as delicious as they were beautiful. As for the drinks, plenty of beers on tap and in bottles to suit your needs, particularly of the Mexican variety (fitting). Ambiance is nice with some clever furnishings, like the sideways doors carpentered to serve as an entryway wall. One thing I will mention is that open-concept establishments tend to have noise issues and this place is no exception; even still, my friend and I were able to hear each other on this occasion (no promises when the place is full). Parking here can be challenging due to all the construction currently happening in the area though there are spots available on both sides of the street which ought to be enough at most times of the day. All things considered, Taqueria 304 is a welcome addition to the area and I hope they stick around for a long time to come! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Outrageously good service, that needs to be commended in a world where such service is increasingly rare. - Excellent food with a skilled eye for presentation. - Great draft/bottle beer selection. - Pleasant ambiance with clever furnishings. Cons: - Open-concept spots can have noise issues, though it wasn't too bad during our visit. - Parking is tough but still available.

I've been to many places, and not many stack up in terms of quality and bang for your dollar like, say Hank's in New Brighton... Los Gingos absolutely has one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. The pulled pork quesadilla is filled with meat, cheese, and other ingredients if you like. Don't scoff at the $15 price... you are more likely enjoying lunch AND dinner from one of these babies. If you get the 3 tacos, you don't have to stick with one meat or just veggies. You can mix it up. All the meats are delicious, but I usually do 2 Achiote pulled chicken and 1 of the Seasoned ground beef. Their pulled pork is also good, but I hate giving up one of the chicken tacos....lol. The flavoring in the meats is soooo yummy and the marinated onions just adds to the already perfect mix! I ALWAYS get extra cilantro and they are generous with it! I have also had the quesadillas, which are next favorite! The street corn is delicious, with just enough spice/bite and I also give it a thumbs up! Make sure you try their variety of salsa's to go with your food! DE-LISH! The food truck comes often to Beaver Valley Power Plant and it is everyone's absolute favorite! The workers on the food truck are always very friendly and patient! I am always so sad when they are here at the plant and I am not...I hate to miss out on their food! I highly recommend giving Los Gingos Tacos a try!

I hate writing negative reviews, but people should know about our experience. I stopped at Los…read moreBajitos yesterday for a quick lunch by myself. Right from the start, things felt off. Instead of seating me, the employee pointed at a menu and told me to order. I started giving her my order, but she walked away in the middle of it and had another guy take it on a handheld device. I paid right then and there, which seemed a little odd for a sit-down restaurant, but I didn't think much of it. My chimichanga came out in what had to be three minutes or less. It was so fast that I couldn't imagine it was freshly made. Unfortunately, it tasted just as disappointing as it looked. It was incredibly bland and had an almost chemical taste to it. I kept trying another bite, hoping it would get better, but it didn't. I finally gave up after just a few bites. The restaurant itself didn't help my appetite. The silverware looked dirty, the music was blasting, and the whole place just felt grimy. While I was eating, an older couple came in to order takeout. They were told they could only place an order online. The woman looked at me and said, "I guess we can't eat here then because I don't know how to do that." I ended up bringing the rest of my meal home, and my 16-year-old son ate it. Over night, he became terribly sick with severe gastrointestinal symptoms that we believe were food poisoning. He's never experienced anything like that before. I only ate a couple of bites myself, and looking back, I'm glad I stopped when I did. After all of this, I looked up the restaurant and saw that it had received a health inspection score of 80 not long ago. I've rarely seen a score that low, and after seeing the conditions inside and what happened afterward, it made me even more concerned. Needless to say, we won't be back. This was a really disappointing experience from start to finish, and I would encourage anyone thinking about eating here to do a little homework first.

There are openings inside the bar that connect to both restaurants, and the menu lets you order items from either spot, which makes it perfect if your group is craving different things! We started with the bao buns, which I've had before and they are always my go-to must order. Absolutely delicious every time! The dry ramen bowl was very good and came with a generous portion of chicken. They weren't able to add the fried egg and substituted a boiled egg instead, which was a little surprising and not what I had preferred for this dish, but the dish was still flavorful and good. The Texas burrito bowl was excellent -- fresh guacamole, steak, chicken and shrimp, and really great flavor throughout. Between the unique setup, the ability to order from two different restaurants, and the solid food, this is a fun spot that's definitely worth checking out!

The chimichangas are very crunchy and you can't go wrong with any protein you choose. The guacamole is so creamy and tasty. Their chips are really good too.
