I have not been to the actual restaurant so my review is on the taco truck It was parked during my lunch hour last week at the laundromat in Steubenville off Sunset. I ordered 2 beef tacos that were $5 each. DELICIOUS!!!! I ordered, got my food and left all within 10 minutes. I can't wait to try the restaurant. If it's anything like the truck it'll be just as delicious I'm sure. read more

Overpriced tacos, well overpriced everything. I have tried rusty bull time and time again. It never changes. The meat is always dry. Queso had a nice long hair in it. Walked in the door and no one to be found. Could have robbed the place and left without a trace. read more

We stopped in today for the first time on Monday Nov 13th at around 1:00PM. There were no other customers inside when we arrived. The lady behind the counter did not greet us, but seemed put off by our very existence. We placed our order and found a seat. I ordered a bowl of black beans, a vegetarian taco, and chips with guacamole. My husband had a chicken taco, and pork taco. She delivered the guacamole and chips with my black beans first. My husband and I started on the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was so crazy salty that my husband didn't want anymore of it. We did mention it to her when she returned with the rest of our items. She apologized for it being too salty, and walked away. She never said anything else to us during our time while we were eating. She was on her phone pretty much the whole time. My husband says the food was average, but thought it would have been appropriate as a server to have offered something else when the guacamole was too salty. Maybe cheese dip or something else. It was not offered, and she didn't offer to get a different serving of guacamole either. When we left she was leaning inside the drive through window looking at her phone. I don't know who owns this place, but they need to get better help. The server whom I will call Mark O because that's what was on the receipt has no interest in your business. This place has great potential, but you have to have people who actually want to work for you, and clearly the customer service person on our visit today did not. Cheap tacos. The food is just average; no comparison to what you get in say, California. They do have Mexican pop (or soda). The help is indifferent and consists of goth dressed ladies who have bizarre stuff on the TV. Place has potential, but based on the times I have gone there management doesn't seem interested in customer service. If you need a quick bite and don't have a lot to spend, it's fine. read more

Literally the best tacos I've ever had! Very small cool atmosphere, staff was nice. I had the beef, chicken and pork tacos and the beef and pork were my favorite. My wife got the spicy beef and chicken and loved the spicy beef. read more

Fantastic tacos. The pork and chicken are the best. The open dining is fun when the weather is good.

We stopped by the Rusty Bull for lunch with our family. We tried a variety of items: pork tacos, chicken tacos, beef tacos, nachos, and black beans. All were tasty. We preferred the flour tortillas to the corn tortillas. The nachos, even the smaller size, were plentiful. The restaurant is like a converted garage, with large garage style doors on either end that open to allow a lot of air movement through the space. We enjoyed our food and our visit and would certainly visit again. The staff weren't overly friendly, but the food was tasty. read more

This is the place to be honestly. Best food in the Steubenville area in my opinion. The atmosphere is amazing. It is in an old garage and one of the doors opens to more outdoor seating and there are Christmas lights and wooden tables and it is lovely. The restaurant is housed in a garage type building and they have outside seating too as well as a few tables inside. The menu is quite simple, but is fantastic. We ordered several food items and each were excellent. The prices are about average and worth the price of the meal. This is a great place for lunch or dinner. read more

Food was good.... not great. We had the beef and pork tacos in corn tortillas (weren't given the option of tortilla type) and nachos. I ordered black beans and never received them. The food is assembled from a warming station and not prepared fresh on-site. Corn tortillas were straight from the grocery store. Not authentic. Only one person working there, he took our order, and prepared and served the food. The restaurant was small, well-decorated, and relatively clean. Nice menu board inside, and sign outside. This place! Call in to pick up and they say they are too busy to take orders. So I drive over (5min) and there is about 8 people eating so I go to place a order and I'm then Told the coolers aren't working so they can't serve food yet there's 8 people who were just served. Pretty sad to turn down business just because your being lazy and making poor excuses. read more

One of the few options in a small town which is why I think it gets the business it does get. They have limited seating and a limited food and drink menu but their tacos are just OK. Overall, it is an OK place to go hang out long enough to grab a couple of tacos and a cold beverage or two; but even in a small town it is not a preferred place of mine to visit. read more

This place has the best soft tacos of anywhere around. Very authentic flavors... not that watered down Americanized Mexican food. Would love if crunchy tacos were an option too. My only complaint is that the owner was asked by a friend of mine if he could donate a meal or something for raffle for a very well known charity here in town, and my friend was flat out refused, and none too kindly at that. I ordered one pork, one chicken, and one beef taco (special 3/$9). The pork was covered in black pepper so I hated it. The chicken was spicy but tasty. The beef was a classic style taco so it was the best in my opinion. We, also tried the chips and salsa which were okay and the loaded beef nachos which were good except next time I would ask for less cheese sauce. The cheese was a mild white queso. I love that they carry Corona which is great with tacos. Overall, stick with the tacos; they're worth the trip. Sides are throw aways. read more

The menu is very limited, which isn't a bad thing because all of the bases are covered. The food put it at three stars.
