Service is terrible. I work next to this Popeyes. So I come here 2-3 times a week. The older Mexican manager lady has terrible customer service and presence in her store. Everyday I order ahead of time, give it 10-15 min to allow them to get it ready because I already know there slow here. I get there and stand at the counter for 3-5 min before she even turns around to take care of the customer. Might I add, my ticket is still sitting there with nothing put together. I'm on the fence about this place. I went through the drive thru to grab some food for my girl and her daughter. I feel like the menu is a little confusing because they show chicken in combos but don't really specify that the sizes of the combos only refer to the amount of sides you get. The chicken strips shows combos but not where you can get JUST the strips. Plus when I asked questions the guy on the speaker wasn't super clear. They were running kind of slow as well, and the wait was a little long but I won't REALLY complain about that because they were actually open where pretty much every other place was closed so THATS a plus. On top of that, the food is descent and they have the freestyle coke machine giving you a LOT more options for drinks. I'm going to leave this as a 3 star because it wasn't bad but it wasn't great, it was only average but I think I will go back soon and try it out again to see if I can update the rating. read more

This location is known to take a while for their orders to be completed, but I took a risk on my lunch to just get a regular chicken sandwich. The drive thru lane was pretty long, but surprisingly, it went by quickly. The employee was very nice at the window and handed my order over. It looks like a young team, and they are doing well! My sandwich was good and pretty thick so I'm happy and satisfied. The customer service was really good so I'm giving them all the praise, but just be mindful to spend an additional 10 minutes here if you want to grab something to eat. read more

The 2 wings were so tiny that I am sure Popeyes has started buying very young chicks because the wings were so small, about half the size of the wings they used to provide, Worse than that, they used to serve a normal size breast half for the 3rd piece. This time the breast piece was a half of the breast half and the half that has hardly any meat on it. The whole order was overcooked to a dark brown, I've been going to Popeyes for many decades. When it comes to a fast food chain, I'd like to think I go into it with a realistic level of expectation. The only thing that boils my blood is going through the drive-thru in the evening for a sandwich and being told that they're out of all sandwiches. It doesn't matter if it's chicken or flounder. They are always out. And on top of that, this place is like getting a surprise gachapon (vending machine-dispensed capsule toys) every time. You think you're ordering one thing but you go home with something entirely different at least 33% of the time. Yo... can a girl just get some chicken? I got a ton of food for less than $15 and it was all really good. I even had to call and let them know my e-receipt stated boneless wings when I wanted traditional and for the price I wasn't expecting much but my order was perfect, ready on time and again it was really good. Love that Chicken.... yeap... we all know the jingle!!! I was in the area early in the morning and saw no line so I figured I'd stop by and grab a few sandwiches. The staff was real cool and quick to get my order in & hand over my order. Within less than 5 mins I was in and out with 3 Spicy Chickens for the family. Normally when I stop through this fast-food chain, I grab either a 2/3 piece spicy combo with either red beans and rice or just fries (and an extra biscuit... so good)... This Popeyes is close to my job. I probably go twice a year. I like the strips and red beans and rice. I have never had a problem here. My friend once said her chicken was undercooked. I love the cajun sparkle on my red beans and rice. Recently my husband went and grabbed the chicken sandwiches to try. They were good but nothing worth fighting over. I have a strict fast food rule and I have broken it several times because I was just craving the sandwich. I have tried their chicken tenders and their 4 piece meal, but the sandwich is my favorite. The service here is fine - drive up, order, pay at window, receive food, drive off. The staff is fine - no one is super friendly but also no one is super rude. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and that's during lunch time (which you would expect to be longer). Overall, it's good food for a good price. read more

We have given this location too many chances.. but it's the closest one near us. We always call in our mobile order ahead of time then pick it up at the drive through. EVERY single time they ask us to pull over and park... even though no one is ever in line behind us in the drive through.. and even though they had advanced notice to make our food and we still end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. Sitting here parked right now waiting for our food and have been here for 15 minutes so far, and there is four other cars here also waiting to have their food brought out. We are so infuriated at this point with this location I doubt we will ever be back... what is the point of calling ahead or having a drive through when you do this to us every time. They just brought our food out now and we checked the bag and there was none of the sauce we asked for in the app. My boyfriend bought popcorn shrimp and they didn't even tell us they were out of tarter and cocktail sauce when we ordered or he wouldn't have ordered that. They were just not going to say anything and let us drive off. I very rarely write a bad review but my experience here called for one. I placed an order through the app and picked a later pick up time. I arrived at said pick up time and it took a few minutes for the staff to address me even though there was no one else at the counter. They were too busy joking around. They finally came to help me and I was told they were packing my order. Great! I quickly realized not all the food I ordered was ready. There were about 7 employees of which maybe 3 were actually doing anything. After more than 10 minutes waiting I asked how much longer it would be. The majority of my order was packed and sitting on the counter getting cold. I was told another 4 minutes. At which point I mentioned my food was getting cold. They did put it back in the warmer until the remainder of my order was ready oh and the manager did offer me a cup of water-gee thanks. The topper on this visit is when I got home the item I ordered -a blackened chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich. I probably won't be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

I get it, the teasing of the crispy deliciousness of this nice and juicy chicken sandwich can literally kill people!...Sadly true, indeed...it happened due to the big come back! I had it before and nothing change, it's still the same. The chicken sandwich was crispy, tender, juicy with nicely toasted buns, mayo and pickles. This was neatly wrapped and you can order it in Spicy too and also in a combo. I can't really expect much out of a fast food chain. The dining area in this location is dirty, over flowing trash cans and there's so much worker inside, but no one really cares to go out and check out the dining areas to clean or wipe tables. AC is super cold, so no one will stay longer there while they dine in. ***Customer service is blah! You might as well just go through the drive thru.
