I'm on the fence about this place. I went through the drive thru to grab some food for my girl and her daughter. I feel like the menu is a little confusing because they show chicken in combos but don't really specify that the sizes of the combos only refer to the amount of sides you get. The chicken strips shows combos but not where you can get JUST the strips. Plus when I asked questions the guy on the speaker wasn't super clear. They were running kind of slow as well, and the wait was a little long but I won't REALLY complain about that because they were actually open where pretty much every other place was closed so THATS a plus. On top of that, the food is descent and they have the freestyle coke machine giving you a LOT more options for drinks. I'm going to leave this as a 3 star because it wasn't bad but it wasn't great, it was only average but I think I will go back soon and try it out again to see if I can update the rating. read more

The 2 wings were so tiny that I am sure Popeyes has started buying very young chicks because the wings were so small, about half the size of the wings they used to provide, Worse than that, they used to serve a normal size breast half for the 3rd piece. This location is known to take a while for their orders to be completed, but I took a risk on my lunch to just get a regular chicken sandwich. The drive thru lane was pretty long, but surprisingly, it went by quickly. The employee was very nice at the window and handed my order over. It looks like a young team, and they are doing well! My sandwich was good and pretty thick so I'm happy and satisfied. The customer service was really good so I'm giving them all the praise, but just be mindful to spend an additional 10 minutes here if you want to grab something to eat. read more

I even had to call and let them know my e-receipt stated boneless wings when I wanted traditional and for the price I wasn't expecting much but my order was perfect, ready on time and again it was really good. If I could give it zero stars I would. I walked in at 5:54 PM. I already noticed that there were three patrons ahead of me who had been waiting for their food. I noticed that the chicken rack was full of chicken and there were only four employees working the back. after about a five minute wait my son and I were able to place our order. We had a pride card, which allows us to purchase a large drink and receive a two piece and a biscuit for free. We each got that, and I also had an online order of which I had previously made the purchase through my mobile phone and I was just going to pick it up. After I placed my in restaurant order, I let the cashier know that I had an online order as well. Waiting for my order at least 3 to 4 other patrons came in and one left with a large order who came in after me. I decided to go stand at the counter, thinking that they might have forgotten our order. After standing at the counter for another five minutes, the cashier said I'm making yours right now. I nodded my head and said OK and waited. I noticed that there were no biscuits on the rack and my orders included three biscuits. I didn't pay attention to them packing my order. I had to ask for my cups, which they did not provide me with at the time of my order. I received my order at 6:14 PM off for six pieces of chicken and three biscuits. So I thought. I looked in my bag and I did not receive any biscuits, but I was not going back to let them know that they had made a mistake because I had already waited too long for my order to begin with. I most likely will not come back to this location as this is not the first time and mistake has been made on my order. The other time was through Uber Eats and I was able to get a refund. I think popeyes chicken sandwiches taste great. They are cooked well and the batter is cooked. There are no burned parts on the crust or outer part of the chicken. The bread is soft and seems fresh. This Popeyes is close to my job. I probably go twice a year. I like the strips and red beans and rice. I have never had a problem here. My friend once said her chicken was undercooked. I love the cajun sparkle on my red beans and rice. Recently my husband went and grabbed the chicken sandwiches to try. They were good but nothing worth fighting over. The service here is fine - drive up, order, pay at window, receive food, drive off. The staff is fine - no one is super friendly but also no one is super rude. We have given this location too many chances.. but it's the closest one near us. We always call in our mobile order ahead of time then pick it up at the drive through. EVERY single time they ask us to pull over and park... even though no one is ever in line behind us in the drive through.. and even though they had advanced notice to make our food and we still end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. Sitting here parked right now waiting for our food and have been here for 15 minutes so far, and there is four other cars here also waiting to have their food brought out. We are so infuriated at this point with this location I doubt we will ever be back... what is the point of calling ahead or having a drive through when you do this to us every time. They just brought our food out now and we checked the bag and there was none of the sauce we asked for in the app. My boyfriend bought popcorn shrimp and they didn't even tell us they were out of tarter and cocktail sauce when we ordered or he wouldn't have ordered that. I very rarely write a bad review but my experience here called for one. I placed an order through the app and picked a later pick up time. I arrived at said pick up time and it took a few minutes for the staff to address me even though there was no one else at the counter. They were too busy joking around. They finally came to help me and I was told they were packing my order. Great! I quickly realized not all the food I ordered was ready. There were about 7 employees of which maybe 3 were actually doing anything. After more than 10 minutes waiting I asked how much longer it would be. The majority of my order was packed and sitting on the counter getting cold. I was told another 4 minutes. At which point I mentioned my food was getting cold. They did put it back in the warmer until the remainder of my order was ready oh and the manager did offer me a cup of water-gee thanks. The topper on this visit is when I got home the item I ordered -a blackened chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich. I probably won't be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

I have to say I had the worst chicken tenders dinner I ever had at any location. They looked and tasted like they been around for the last week. They were harder than a piece of jerky. My wife and I was able to eat about a half of one. The biscuits were like hockey pucks and had to put a lot of butter and microwave them to get them where you can eat them. The mashed potatoes was cold and no taste to it. It was like eating paste. The Mac & cheese was also cold and stuck together with no flavor. The only thing that was worth eating was the six chicken wings. I tried to call them at their location to let them know about the food and they must have taken the phone off the hook so they would not have to talk to the upset customers. This is why they have a 1 1/2 star rating. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was told that Popeyes had good chicken sandwiches, tenders and wings. I disagreed with this information I got. I hope to try another location and see if it will be better. I would not recommend this Popeyes location to anyone. The person who helped me in drive-through had a real nasty attitude when I asked her for condiments that go with my food of course, when she gave me the condiments, the condiments were nasty and busted. I get it, the teasing of the crispy deliciousness of this nice and juicy chicken sandwich can literally kill people!...Sadly true, indeed...it happened due to the big come back!
