It didn't so much pertain to my situation, so I told them about what I needed and they were extremely helpful. Since that weekend, I've been back every weekend for at least 5 or 6 weeks and the popcorn is always enjoyed. We've tried many flavors in bulk and haven't found any that were not loved. The people behind the counter have changed a few times, but the experience is always the same, great, friendly, helpful service. It's been mildly busy a couple of times, but I've never waited very long and there's lots to look at so you would never get bored! If you save receipts, like I do for a company credit card, whatever payment service they are using auto-imports receipts to my credit card, which is super helpful! And you earn points toward rewards and status, which I hope my company appreciates! :-)
