God's just trying to get me through the day, one special little surprise at a time. This flavor is so delish! It's begging to be paired with a bourbon neat or old fashioned but stands its own solo. The issue I encountered was I ordered a medium bag of Carmel popcorn with cashews, no peanuts, for $16.00, I received my order, paid and left. When I got into my car I started in on eating some. Next I get to looking and counting the very few cashews in my order. I counted twelve (12), cashews. Yes, twelve pieces which were primarily halves and maybe two (2), whole nuts.

Today (February 12, 2017), my family and I visited your store as we usually do but we encountered a flustered employee. She never greeted us but ignored that lack of customer service and continued to ask for the price on your popcorn bags since the prices are usually on your monitor. She replied "I don't know the prices" I then asked if she could find out the price for me and she said "look at it" as she pointed to the monitor which then I said "it's not working" She gave me a dirty look and that's when I said "you don't have to give me attitude" Her response was "I'm not giving you attitude, I don't know the prices because they constantly change and I don't know them" Her co worker tried to calm her down but she said "you don't have to help her" When I asked if I could speak to a manager, she replied with "contact them" as she pointed to the flyer and here I am, contacting both of you. I am not one to complain but as a constant customer (I was planning on buying the refillable tin, since we go often) I felt it was important for you to know what is going on at your store. I asked her name but of course she refused to give it to me "I don't have a name" was her response. As she was yelling, your other employee tried to tell me but she was so loud I could not hear clearly. My 4 year old was shocked to see such behavior and asked why someone would be so disrespectful . It was definitely a teachable moment but not one I would've liked for her to experience. I have never felt such horrible customer service in my life and hope this doesn't happen to anyone who visits your wonderful popcorn store. I must say popcorn is pretty delicious and we used to visit anytime we were in Dallas. We have been to Dallas many times and have now taken our business elsewhere:(

We ordered cioppino & rainbow trout grilled with mashed potatoes & corn as our sides. Trout was finely prepared nicely grilled & seasoned. Loved the corn with chipotle seasoning it went very well with the fish & potatoes were good. But Cioppino was not how it's usually prepared the broth seemed very light , seasoning was not up to the mark & the mussels were ok ... had better mussels in other places... it's a seafood place so we were expecting nice juicy mussels but the meat in clams & mussels were extremely small.... That was a let down... we did take the leftover broth to have it later but it didn't tasted good ( turned very sour) so threw it away... Maybe it was one of the off day but we felt disappointed... will try something else if we visit again.

BEWARE: make sure you always check your food / snacks from bulk section I bought some of the watermelon chili candies today, ate a couple at home then looked at one of them out of pure randomness and noticed something moving...it was a maggot I never spit out something so fast in my life Was told on the phone there's no way maggots could be in these candies... Went to the store and literally had to show them the whole bucket had more maggots... "best they could do" was refund my $5... Obviously stuff happens but this was one of the grossest experiences in d ever encountered and will be reporting to Texas HHS

I know I am not the only Amazon customer who frequently finds it. Frustrating to have this runaround. We order with the promise that we can return it to any UPS store or to Whole Foods. However, after we buy it when we go to return sometimes they insist we take it to Whole Foods, other times like today I'm told I have to take it to a UPS store when it's not open today. I guess they just tell you whatever makes it most difficult for you. Bad business by Whole Foods. Bad business by Amazon. Since I think Whole Foods is an Amazon company I guess it's just corporate wide bad business.
