The best! All-around, hands down the best! Popcorn is fresh, flavorful, and comes in a variety of flavors. We love the mix of movie and regular. And unlike others, they do not over salt! It's just right. We discovered over a year ago and have been back at least 4 times. It's a 40 minute drive for us and worth it. We bought it first as a gift for a young great-nephew. He loved it and asked for it for his birthday and Christmas. What also makes it the best is the service. Have always had friendly and helpful people here. And they also have other candy to sell-unique and some 'old time' brands. You will not be disappointed with this place, people, and popcorn! read more

Crave is a solid popcorn place. The shop itself is filled with old school candies and lots of chocolates and things, but popcorn is king here. I usually stop in once every week for some cheddar cheese popcorn. It's awesome and fresh and while I usually add more salt and some spice to it, it's delicious just as is. Front counter service is always prompt and friendly and I never have any complaints here. read more

I've had a long time fav popcorn spot but Crave just bumped them right out of first place. Bravo to the genius who created "Bourbon Caramel". This has got to be the best flavored popcorn I've tasted! I'm a woman who LOVES her bourbon and truth be told I snagged this here little refreshment at my office yesterday, following a meeting. I could tell it was caramel when I made my choice in a grab and go treat but didn't realize until later it was bourbon caramel. God's just trying to get me through the day, one special little surprise at a time. This flavor is so delish! It's begging to be paired with a bourbon neat or old fashioned but stands its own solo. I haven't been into this store but now that I've tried this flavor, I'll have to stop in to purchase more. #girldinner Highly recommend if you're looking for the perfect snack or have a popcorn lover in your life. Crave popcorn makes for a memorable gift that any recipients palate won't soon forget. read more

This popcorn is sooo good!!! It's always fresh and tasty. The young ladies in there are so patient because I can never make up my mind. They have more than just popcorn it's a very nostalgic atmosphere with some of my childhood favorites. I can never get just one bag my family is addicted to creating our own mixes. Perfect for parties and popcorn bars read more

We got this popcorn and a promotional event. It's pretty salty more than normal not for me, but probably for other people.

Popcorn is king here! They pop and bag an assortment of delicious flavors. Most surprising is the stores vibe. It's Like stepping back to the old drugstore or five and dime stores of your youth . As you look around at all the products you see names like Pez and Reed candies. Stop by for a bag and go home with a smile. read more

First time coming here but it came highly recommend. I bought the cheddar and it was SO good! It tastes like it's more than just powder coated on popcorn like every other cheddar popcorn I've had. It's like movie theater butter with a rich cheddar. Can't wait to try the other variations of cheddar! read more

We purchase gift baskets for our clients and they all love them! The ladies personalize the baskets just for our company so that we can stay top of mind. This has been a great personal touch for us toearn repeat business. We love Michelle and her team because they make us feel so wonderful. I also love to eat the different flavors that they come up with each month. My go to is the zebra which combines chocolate and caramel. My wife loves the kettle corn and also the dill with a kick. They also sell hard to find candy and small gifts that we use throughout the year. We highly recommend this lovely small business , read more

I absolutely love this company, no matter what flavor I purchase, if it's for myself or grandkids; the seasoning is always perfect. My favorite is the Cheese Popcorn. read more

The popcorn is amazing, and the shipping is FAST!! We received our order less than 48 after placing it!

This popcorn is fantastic!! It is so flavorful and somehow less "kernely" than other popcorns. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. My favorites are the dill pickle and ranch with a kick, but you can't go wrong with movie theater butter! We will definitely return! read more

Hidden GEM! I've been wanting to come to Crave popcorn, and decided to experience with family in town. The inside was absolute cute, had sodas from the past, candy you can hand pick, and endless selection of popcorn! The service was fast and extra kind. I got my craving for popcorn satisfied! I got four different flavors, and the dill pickle was my favorite next to movie popcorn. read more

5 years ago, this place opened and I visited for first time this week... it's a great place! Small candy store inside is a bonus as well. Actually I think candy store is outstanding. Great interior and popcorn is terrific. Excellent cashier put together a gift tin for my visiting parents. Will return! read more

One word: AMAZING! Who knew popcorn could come in so many flavors. You can try any flavor they have and they have a wide range of flavors for all types of taste buds. Sweet, salty, savory and even candy coated. The shop itself also has a bunch of candy and sodas that you can't find just anywhere. Crave also does large orders for business or even weddings. I used Crave for guest favors at my wedding and Carol made the entire process amazing. She took care of my wife and I and made us feel like family and gave us a fair price. We have been back to Crave several times and its always a great experience. I promise you will not find a better place for better popcorn. read more

I have a team of 13 and we are all working remotely, due to COVID. I wanted to show my appreciation and send each person a gift. I had a specific budget and Carole was able to get me more than I expected. Each person on my team was so excited to receive their gift.... lots of smiles from Texas to Kentucky to Ohio! I'm not much of a specialty popcorn eater, outside of the so-good-I-can't-resist caramel popcorn at the holidays. But my husband loves fancy popcorn. I read about Crave in Community Impact News Plano and decided to pay a visit. It's a cute little shop, full of freshly popped popcorn, candy and knickknacks sure to appeal to tweens and teens. It's a family owned and run place - a great friendly local business. You can ask for tasters of the many popcorn flavors to be sure you're purchasing what you'll like. And you can purchase small (for 1 - trust me - there's no sharing), medium (for 2-3) and large. I haven't had a flavor yet that I don't like. The spicy flavors are very spicy (yum) and the most surprising favorite in our house is the dill. We've now gone several times to Crave and love it. We enjoy purchasing 3-4 bags to serve during movie night. If you'd like to try them out, a good way to do it is to cut out the free small popcorn coupon that seems to be in every monthly issue of Community Impact News Plano. read more

Charming little shop with a nice variety of flavors to choose from. I asked the friendly guy behind the counter "do you have" and he finished it for me "Chicago." Yes! I got an XS bag of a rainbow type mix. The official name is "Roy G BIV." He told me red is strawberry, yellow is banana, and I can't remember the rest. Also got a Small bag of the Chicago. It's actually pretty tasty, however, it's not mixed. It's more layered on top of each other in the bag. That can be solved by pouring in a bowl to mix it up better. They also have lots of bottled sodas and candy. I saw M&M's sorted by color, nice if you're fond of one in particular (I like the green ones). I couldn't resist when I saw the little packs of 'kits', hadn't seen those in forever! It's located in the same building as Bread Winners Café, near the back. Next time, I may sample some other flavors. Oh, and when I walked in, I was greeted by the smell of yummy, buttery popcorn. Nice! read more

Really cute inside but soooo much to look at! They also sell tons of candy. It's a great place to get a gift for a popcorn lover. The people are super nice too! I got the movie theatre popcorn. The popped popcorn kernels were nice and large. For a buttered popcorn, it was a bit too salty for me. I'd rather taste more butter than salt with this flavor. All in all, it was good. I'd go back but if I do, I'll probably try a different flavor. read more

Great customer service. Very cool store front but I'm not crazy about the flavors we picked up last night. Love the big popcorn sign in the front lobby this place was obviously built with love. Hopefully it was just an odd day on flavors. read more

Crave Popcorn - Popcorn Shops Near Me - Plano, Texas

It was my coworker's birthday and although we usually opt to get people chocolates or flowers, I knew that her guilty pleasure is popcorn. My intentions were get to this plaza for Sur La Table and possibly some gourmet popcorn kernels for a basket, but stumbled upon Crave. When you walk in, a gust of popcorn deliciousness hits you in the face. You can tell they're working hard in the back to crank out all those holiday gift orders. A young lady helped me put together a set of three popcorn bags on the spot and even wrapped it up beautifully. Crave will definitely be on my list of places to hit up for future gifts. They have so many flavors to choose from too. Another neat thing up Crave is that they have a huge selection of other candies and chocolates to choose from. read more

I drove by my favorite popcorn place only to see that they were permanently closed. So sad. I sat in the parking lot and searched Yelp for the next best popcorn place and that's when I found Crave Popcorn Co. Crave is actually closer to my new place so I was excited about that. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter (I can't remember her name). I told her this was my first time there and she let me sample the old fashioned butter, non butter, cheese and carmel. All four were delicious but I decided to get the old fashioned butter and the non butter. The old fashioned butter has just enough butter but for those of you that love the movie theater butter, Crave has it too. I was amazed at how good the non buttered popcorn tasted. It only has a little salt. I actually prefer the non buttered and its my favorite. I can't stop eating it. I will admit I have never sampled a popcorn without butter in the past because to me popcorn isn't popcorn without the butter. I stand corrected. The Chicago style ( Carmel and Cheese) is the second best compared to Garrett's in Chicago. Garrett's is my favorite but since I don't live in Chicago I will treat myself to Crave's version. Crave's also sells candy and snow cones. Crave's is family- owned and they make their popcorn daily in small batches. Definitely a plus in my book. My popcorn has stayed fresh for days after purchase. A nice snack to have throughout the week. If you have never been you need to give them a try. Sample the popcorn and grab a few bags. They will even make gift baskets for any occasion. Crave is my new place to go for popcorn! read more

Crave popcorn is amazing. I love their naked low salt, cheddar, and classic caramel flavors. Their popcorn is fresh and I prefer it to other local shops. I was blown away by the customer service. When I arrived thirty minutes before close, they were sold out of cheddar, but they offered to make it for me!! I was really happy because it's actually more than a half hour drive for me to come to Crave. I will definitely be a regular here, they are the best! read more

I love going to this cute little shop in Plano! The staff is friendly and the popcorn is wonderful. I've tried the dill pickle, cheddar, rainbow and butter. They have all been wonderful, but I just love the dill pickle! I think that's my German roots. lol Popcorn is always fresh and no kernels at the bottom. It's been a great idea for parties especially if you have a mixture and vote on which one is the favorite. Everyone has different tastes so it's fun to hear the variety in votes. Fun place with fun flavors and nostalgic feel in their shop. Highly recommend! read more

Yummy! Could not decide on flavors, so we bought the collection of 12 and 4 flavors of sweet, savory, and signature! I'm a popcorn addict. It is what it is. I've given up on rehab and instead found a place to satisfy most of my needs. Being a vegan it's difficult find luxe popcorn boutiques (yes it's a thing) that doesn't put butter and dairy products in all of their recipes. At crave there are several vegan options for me. In addition to a perfected kettlecorn recipe they have a vanilla flavor that is simply delightful. Unfortunately for me but great for non-vegans they feature a wide array of recipes and concoctions my husband loves the Peanut better drizzle. The service is superb and experience lights up all of your senses. read more

We saw an advertisement on Facebook for Crave Popcorn, so we decided to take the trek (about 30 minutes) to try it out. Holy. Cow. We are literally addicted! Somehow, they've found the perfect balance of flavor and freshness. We decided to get large (movie theatre, kettle corn, and cheddar) and medium (puppy chow) size bags, and when we saw how big they were when filled up, we thought there was NO WAY we could eat all of it... we were wrong! 24 hours later, and we've eaten almost the entire bag of each one. We thought this was going to be like "regular", "gourmet" popcorn, but, again, we were wrong! Crave Popcorn is literally the best popcorn we've ever had, and we will be making the 30 minute trek again very soon! They also have unique, adorable items for sale for an incredible price. I got a super cute pair of bow earrings for only $8! There aren't enough stars for Crave Popcorn, because they deserve ALL of them!!!! We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend! read more

I can't believe I haven't written this before. I am truly remiss. The popcorn here is to die for. Everything is excellent. My preference is movie theater, old fashioned, caramel, and white cheddar. Mixed in any number of ways. The people who own this store are friendly, professional and customer-service friendly, in fact everyone I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with have been wonderful. Not only do they do popcorn but also stock a wide assortment of chocolates and are also doing sno-cones. While they handle individual walk-in traffic they also are able to handle large corporate orderss as well. Please try it you won't be disappointed! read more
