I truly appreciate Darla & Robyn for going above and beyond on an order with over 100 bags of individual popcorn and more than 20 gift baskets in such a short notice. Awesome customer service and energy at this place! Wanted to surprise our son with a treat for celebrating getting his braces off. We took him here on a whim, and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful and celebrated with him! That experience made us customers for life. This review is a bit late but I have to say that this place is amazing. They have so many flavors and the cheese flavor as well as the salted caramel/white chocolate was delicious. The workers inside were so nice and patient while I was placing the order, as it was my first time. One lady even said my day was about to get a whole lot better, and they weren't wrong! Decisions, decisions! There are lots of options here. The sizes are mini, junior, small, medium, large and extra large. Kettle korn, fried pickle, Parmesan & Garlic, jalapeño ranch and cinnamon toast are just a few of the flavors. I was happy to see low salt, dairy free and to learn it's no GMO corn. There are also pre-made popcorn balls. Yummy! Cinnamon toast, kettle korn and even original butter are flavored that are diary free. They use a buttery coconut oil. Favorite little snack shack around! I've tried so many of their popcorn flavors! My favorites are the zebra, cinnamon sugar, spicy cheddar, and fried pickle. I love how you can get all of your sweet treats at one stop. The staff is super friendly and helpful! My wife and I love taking our four-year-old son and letting him pick out his favorites! Love this place, the owner and employees are really sweet and are patient. The store itself is really clean and organized. The decorating in the store is very personal and cute. The zebra popcorn is my husband's and I favorite to get, along with some candy by the LB. I can't believe they sell Long Boys here, I haven't seen a place that has those since I was a child. I took my little boy to this shop so he could choose some popcorn for his movie night. We were helped by two staff members who both went over and above to make things fun for my son. There was usually something sweet, something salty, and then something a little crazy in there. This year, my dad's gf's nephew gave me a tin of popcorn from The Popcorn Shack, and it took me back to my childhood. Also, the popcorn is GREAT! In my tin this year I got cheesecake(sweet), loaded potato(salty), and garland, which is a mix of white cheddar and kettle corn(a little bit crazy). All 3 flavors are super-tasty! I recently had the opportunity to order from Popcorn Shack after I was tired of Harry and David. I ordered the spicy hot cheddar, the ranch, and I was lucky enough to get to try the Zebra, original butter and dill pickle flavors. Spicy hot was good, it had a nice kick to it without being off-putting. Ranch tasted like ranch without being overpowering and the butter and dill pickle flavors were what you'd expect and I was happy with them. But holy hell, the Zebra popcorn. It's like crack. This place makes the best flavored caramel corn!! We used them for our daughters wedding and had them do a blend of caramel corn in a little custom bag that were given to our guest as a favor to eat on the way home. We had so many great compliments. I took a napkin which displayed the color scheme for my daughter's 10th bday party, and a lady whom I presume is owner or manager was very kind in helping me pick out colors. Unfortunately, while assembling party favors I had the forethought to taste it. It was disgusting and tasted like dye or excess food coloring, extremely bitter and inedible. The next day I returned product, even willing to exchange for another flavor but the lady who assisted me at first was extremely rude and spoke to me in a loud tone of voice. Instead of apologizing for the fact that I had no party favors at my child's party she huffs off to go tell the people in the back. Eventually, the lady I presume to be owner/manager came out and issued refund. Due to the way I was treated by her employee I will never patronize that business ever again. read more

Do yourself a favor and get the S'mores Popcorn. You will never taste any popcorn in the world as good as their S'mores popcorn. I have mixed reviews for each of their other popcorn types. Some are really good, like Paremesean Garlic and Dallas Style. (Every chocolate variety I've had is good, with the exception of the Zebra Caramel, which is oddly too salty.) There are some I'm not too fond of, however, like the Tutti Fruity varieties. Especially grape. Boy, that is some disgusting popcorn. The other flavors are okay if you like fruity cereal, because that's what they taste like, eating fruit cereal with no milk. But, I don't care for them much. Stick to the savory flavors, the caramel types and especially the chocolates. I can't express enough how much you need to get the S'mores Popcorn. You need that in your life, you just don't know it yet. read more
