I am not sure what happened, but the menu we were given didn't have any of these cool, unique things on it. The place is pretty cool inside, with a lot of board games. There are video games too, but the Nintendo switch didn't seem to work. We ordered a cereal milkshake thing to start. It was okay. The blended cereal inside of it gave it an odd texture. My daughter asked for a Cinnabun, which is a Cinnamon Roll Waffle w/ Icing & Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It didn't have any Cinnamon Toast Crunch in or on it. I ordered a 2 Piece, which is a Cheese Stuffed Waffle Topped w/ 2 Pieces of Bacon & 2 Eggs. There was no cheese in it. I asked for poached eggs but they said they didn't know how to make them. I asked for over easy instead, but I don't think they knew how to make those either, because the yolks were hard and not runny. Never would we ever considering leaving bacon unconsumed or bringing it home for the dog but this bacon flight was so unpalatable .... The taste of salt is the only think that hits you- when we were approached by the owner and/or manager, how are things, we politely shared our feedback, to which he only said "so in your opinion" and walked away... My first time to the Euclid location was a Thursday afternoon and had a laid-back coffee shop vibe. When I saw their cinnabon waffle online I knew I had to visit! I went early (around 9:30) to try and avoid the wait and there was only 1 other table in there. I assumed that would mean our food would come out relatively quick but it did end up taking over a half hour as there seemed to be only 1 chef that early (I watched 2 more come in while we were waiting). My cinnabon waffle was very good but would've been better if it was hotter (mine was lukewarm like it'd been sitting for a little while). My dad enjoyed his hot shrimp and grits. Kind of a pretty big miss here when I tried out one of Rochester's new spots this weekend. My wife and I arrived with the kiddo at about 1230 on Sunday to enjoy some yummy brunch. There was not any clear sign, not that we saw and we only found it because I knew where it was suppose to be. There are two entrances but no hostess stand. One entrance did have a pile of menus and a bench so we went over there and waited for a hostess. There was probably around 15sh people including many children running around, they seem to be having fun and there was a lot of playing and interacting running around the restaurant having fun. There were several bar tenders and some people in the kitchen we could kind of see. The windows let in a lot of light and it was a pretty welcoming atmosphere. So we waited and waited. Then we sat. And waited some more. The 3 or 4 bartenders could all easily see us and did pretty much everything possible to not make eye contact. No one addressed us at all as we stood\sat there for 20 minutes. I could have gone to the bar and asked why no one was greeting us but especially when trying a restaurant for the first time I want to see how they approach customer service. I'm coming here to relax and enjoy a meal I shouldn't have to approach an employee to find out why I'm being ignored. After our 20 minute wait a bartender did venture over to us and he was very nice at that point. However he told us they had entirely sold out of food. Before 1230 pm they had sold out of brunch food.... Half the menu is cereal and waffles, these are just basic staples and to run out at noon on Sunday indicates some serious cash flow issues, back of the house management or both. Between the incredibly poor customer service, the poor planning and organization I cant see anything this location did to earn any positivity from us at all. Another odd point is the menu is poorly designed and starts off with a $30-$45 shareable board though no quantity or pictures are included to actually indicate how much food you're ordering. The gallery also shows food options that aren't on the menu like a giant milkshake and tacos? Seem like this place has a lot of details they have not worked out. Maybe well try it again in the future? read more

For my first visit I joined friends for brunch cocktails and we all absolutely loved the fun flavors and colors and sparkles of the different drinks! I loved my guava mimosa! This place is obviously family/kid friendly! So for my second visit I brought my elementary-aged son for an after school munch. We got classic chicken and waffles. Pop Roc has kid friendly spill safe cups which is a dream! I got the soul warming Abuela Mocha latte. The staff took initiative helping my son get set up playing Mario. It was a breath of fresh air to get out of the house and enjoy a space where I don't have to worry about my little ones, and even more so I can also appreciate that the space if for them, too.
