We have been hearing really good word of mouth on this local pizza food truck so we decided to give it a try. It is adjacent to Fuegos in the same parking lot. We got four different pizzas with various toppings as well as an order of their garlic twists on this go round. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business despite being very busy. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food we received. It was a Friday night so it was somewhat busy when we went, and the wait was quite long in the heat. The dining area could really use some sunshades and misters this time of year in my opinion. Strangely our order came out in fits and starts, beginning with our breadsticks, then later two pizzas, then later another pizza, a pause for them to check what pizzas they had already brought, and then they went back to cook our 4th pizza which took another ten minutes or so. The lady who brought out the final pizza seemed genuinely apologetic and offered us free breadsticks on our next visit. I get the sense they are still working out the kinks and possibly dealing with more business than they were expecting so soon. Fortunately our pizza stayed hot despite the delays and was quite tasty as an overall assessment. The crust is a chewy style with some weight to it. Sauce was good but a little light to our taste and I will likely order extra in the future. Cheese and toppings were plentiful and of good quality. My wife did comment that hers needed a little cheese on top as the mushrooms she ordered just sat loose on the pizza and did not stick to the pizza making it hard to eat. The garlic twists were excellent and came with a generous serving of ranch for dipping purposes. Overall we had a mixed but positive experience and we will definitely return in the future. I have a feeling once the logistical kinks are worked out, this place will really take off. Recommended for the excellent customer service and for a delicious pizza pie! read more

I was a walk up so in all fairness it took awhile because of all the door dash orders but the staff was so kind, because of the wait they offered me a free drink which was nice. The 2 pizzas and breadsticks deal was great I loved the pizza and we got the cheeses. Read which was also good. Tried the place out for the first time, it has potential but my experience was not the best. Customer service is great and food looked delicious but my girlfriend and I still managed to get food poisoning. Due to the very generous amount of toppings it didn't allow the dough to be fully cooked. Even though we asked for it to be cooked for a bit longer it still didn't do the intended job. If the owner reads this dude you gotta pull back on the toppings and temp your food when it comes out the oven.
