I understand the ingredients are high quality but prices have jumped up so much. This place offers a variety of pizzas from classics to more unique kinds. I've never been to Milans before except for this hagenan farmers market. I asked if they used the Spinz app and they sure did! I had a coupon for 30% off so I thought I should try it! I got a Margherita pizza and it was really good because they put basil on it. :) I overheard someone ordering a Nutella pizza. Hmmm.. you can tell the Margherita pizza was healthy and fresh. Want some authentic wood fired pizza? I tried one from Milan's Market, and it was quite tasty. First thing you should know is that they do not have a "brick and mortar" location. The gentleman has his own mobile oven sitting on a trailer. Cool igloo looking oven. Found them at the Farmers Market on F St. They are there every Saturday from 8am to Noon. Their bambino sized pizzas are not cheap, but I would purchase them again once in awhile. My pizza pick came with Fig Jam, Goat Cheese, Bleu Cheese, and Bacon pizza all for $8. He made it in a few minutes, then popped it in the oven. After several more minutes, the pizza was ready. As I mentioned earlier, it was quite tasty. For the price, I wish that more toppings had been included. $8 for a personal sized pizza is high compared to most pizza places. Regardless, Milan's Market is worth trying when you come across them at the Farmers Market or another venue in the future. read more

delicious!! finally got a chance to try their pizza today at the Haggin Oaks Farmers Market. I ordered the Spicy Americano with no jalapeños on half since I was sharing with my toddler. the pizza was ready quickly and they boxed it up for me to take it home....it smelled so good I couldn't wait till home! I ended up eating a slice on the way home! the crust was crispy on the edges and fluffy. all the ingredients were so fresh and the sauce was to die for! my daughter doesn't always like pizza (she is only 15mo old) but she ate her pieces too! we got there around 11:15 and there were a couple orders ahead of us but we had our pizza in hand in less than 10min for sure! and we watched it being made so that was fun! some might call it pricey but I feel like, for the quality of ingredients you get, it's worth it! next time i'll try a different flavor but they all sounded so good! read more

I've been following this place on instagram forever & finally got the chance to try them out at the Haggin Oaks Farmers Market a couple of weeks ago. I was NOT disappointed! Each pizza is made to order, wood fired (wood fired pizza at a farmers market?!?! Yes!!!) and the ingredients are perfect. Not too heavy & high quality. I had the margarita then & am back today having a breakfast pizza with ricotta, garlic, cracked black pepper & an egg on top. Does it take awhile to get your pizza? Finally got to try out this pizza last weekend at the farmers market. They were a bit slow, but that's because they make everything completely fresh to order and I believe it was their first time at the market. I waited about 15 minutes for my two pizzas. I ordered the Americano and the breakfast pizza with egg and bacon added. The Americano lacked some flavor in the sauce and I felt like it was missing something. They actually burnt my first breakfast pizza but immediately made a new one and appologized for the wait. The breakfast pizza was delightful and the egg yolk just brought everything together beautifully. My only complaint would be I wish the bacon got crispier in the wood fired oven. I also understand the other reviews when they say it can be pricey. But if you're going to shop at a farmers market you should expect the prices to be higher due to fresh, quality ingredients. read more

This is some of the best pizza, not just in town, but that I have ever tried in my life. The chef/owner does things from scratch, uses fresh produce, and bakes in a traditional brick oven. There is actually nothing more you could ask from a pizza place. Milan's Market represents to me, that people in this town are beginning to appreciate top level cuisine and are willing to pay a little bit more for quality. One of the best pizza I've ever had in my life. My husband and I started with the pesto wings which were AMAZiNG! We also had The Americano pizza, the toppings included pepperoni and jalapenos. It was sooo good we had to order another! The sauce was full of flavor, thinking about it now is making my mouth water! The cheese was cheesey and the dough was so good I actually ate the crust when normally I disregard on any other pizza. We enjoyed Milan's Market pizza while having a beer at Dionysus Brewery and we were quite impressed. I'm obsessed with Neapolitan style pizza and the olive oil accompanying it and I was very pleased!! A great Neapolitan style pie starts with the base, and this dough is perfect: chewy, yet crispy, easy to rip apart to dip in olive oil yet substantial enough to handle sauce, cheese (also high quality) and toppings. We ordered a Pizza Margherita and it the dough was fantastic. Beyond that, the pie was cooked perfectly with spots of popped bubbles of dough to please the eye. More so, we had a chance to talk with the owner and he is a fantastic man who truly cares about the process he uses to product a high quality product. When you're at Dionysus Brewery do yourself and your taste buds a favor and order some of Milan's Market pizza!! read more

Some of the best Pizza in town. The pie was fresh and delicious. Sauce was killer and altogether the pizza was cooked perfectly! You could tell everything is scratch made, fresh with the highest of quality ingredients. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back to try other menu items. Every time I want a reasonably priced, authentic, wood-fired pizza I eat from Milan's market. There's no doubt, it never fails me. I've had pizza in Rome, Italy and Milan's pizza always brings me back to good memories of having a slice on those cobblestone streets. The combination of fresh ingredients, quality meats and cheeses, and the proportion of sauce to crust size is just about perfect. I love a thick crust but the thin crust on these pizzas just fits the style of pizza more and it works out nicely. The personal size is just big enough to get me full and happy. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a shot. I doubt you'll be disappointed. read more

Came to Dionysus expecting the best local beer available, I did not expect to have the best local pizza.
