It's the perfect spot for a date night, a birthday party, or honestly any excuse to treat yourself. They even host puppy birthdays, which might be the cutest thing I've ever heard! Picking a favorite flavor is impossible because they're all delicious. Plus, their caramel and chocolate are made in-house, and not to mention the famous Dewar's candy is always a must have! Seriously, so many sweet treats! You have to see it for yourself be afraid to try them!

We sat down and ordered a 1-person portion banana split and an ice cream sundae. Honestly we felt bad ordering only 2 things and taking up a big table. When the ice cream came, we were shocked at the portions. It was ginormous!!! Not only did dewars deliver on quantity, they delivered quality as well. It was one of the most plentiful banana split I've had where there were so many other topics. We also got rocky road with our ice cream sundae and it was just decadent. We couldn't finish. We were guilty but we just couldn't get ourselves to.

Yes, you can get them at Costco- but here, you can get a taste of unique and innovative flavors like Chile, tamarind, arroz con leche(which is so far our favorite non-conventional flavor of the day), pineapple and blueberry, and so much more! My current favorites are: arroz con leche (this is a must try- so smooth, silky, and naturally sweet- it's richer tasting than vanilla because of the complex flavors of rice and combunation of different spices), tamarind ( I am a tamarind mama, no doubt about it, and to have that balance of sour and sweet- it is perfectly on point), watermelon( cuz who can resist that refreshing flavor of watermelon?), mango, and.. ok, maybe a little bit of the Chile. You'd expect that the Chile flavor would be dimmed down because it is ice cream?Bahahaha, then joke is on you. I have never had Chile ice cream, and this was definitely one of the more interesting ice cream options I've ever tried. It's actually salty, spicy, and a bit of sweet. Added to the fact that the store owner Norma is super friendly and lovely, this is a must visit for Bakersfield if you're in the area.

I have given Johanna's chocolates as gifts to neighbors for house sitting, teachers at the end of the year, friends for birthdays, and as a gift when invited to house parties!! Everyone raves about them! She is truly a master chocolatier! It's not always the easiest place to find but there is treasure at Johanna's that is well worth the search! Also if you are looking for unique items, she does really cute and delicious petit fours! For Mother's Day she had some that were shaped like bonnets and decorated with little flowers. My mom went crazy for them! Trust me, if your thinking "I'm just going to get chocolates at See's" stop yourself and try Johanna's. You won't be sorry!

It wasn't overly sweet & the banana was just right! We saw what others ordered & they were just as big. The crepe looked amazing! The service was ok, honestly, I'm not a fan of kiosk orders. After we started at the kiosk somwone finally came to the counter but was helping others. It's a nice place with indoor & outdoor seating. Fun vibe! My only dislike was all the toppings to add are $3. I felt that was appropriate for thw cheesecake bites but maybe not for like 1 cut up banana. Thank you for a yummy date night!

They are located inside the Valley Plaza Mall close to the main entrance. Place was really clean until I dropped some of the toppings onto the floor while loading my fro-yo creation. Sorry about that. Staff was understanding. Thank you. There are about 12 flavors in their rotation. For those of you who can't decide, they let you sample what you want to try. Lots of topping choices to customize your own concoctions. Can get pricey if you load up on the tempting toppings. You pay per ounce like most frozen yogurt shops. Several tables available to sit at and enjoy your treat. Want Boba? They got that too. Bottom line is that WildBerry is a good place to drop by for a treat whenever you are at the mall.
